Convenient, quiet, tidy as usual. No big things to complain about. Staff is efficient. Very happy about the visibility of security staff at night. Able to keep myself warm and comfortable in the room.
Bath towels are a bit small, especially for winter.
Teaspoons supplied in the room are not sturdy, bend very easily, felt like I was going to break them.
There were holes in my bath mat.
