The staff was amazing, the receptionist lady I met on the day was lovely the place is clean and peaceful I overall enjoyed my stay they even accommodated me after checking out while waiting for my transport.

The location is central to all activities that you want to do in and around Durban
The building as a whole just needs revamp
Bathrooms have mold on the ceiling and floors
Had to be taken to another room to shower as our room had no hot water
The toilet bidet was not in working order which was very difficult
Lights flicker non-stop
