The staff is super friendly
Unfortunately struggled to fall asleep as I could hear the neighbours, they were quite loud.
My bed was properly made on day 2

It’s such a great location- we could walk to Florida Road which was really awesome for us! The staff were really friendly and helpful which was ao lovely!
The bathroom was a bit of a tight squeeze. It would be really great to have a towel rack to hang underwear and face cloths there. Waiting at the gate for someone to open or close it - maybe look into investing a in remote controls for each room? Sometimes had to ring the bell (if you were outside) or try find someone to let you out (if no one at reception). There were some cockroaches in our room and some of the linen was a bit torn too.
