EVERYTHING! Literally cannot fault the hotel. Beautiful rooms and pool area. Exceptional staff who go through extra mile. Everyday you are greeted with smiles and good morning/ hellos and you are made to feel really special.
The hotel was amazing at organising trips to Angkor Wat and the Cambodian Circus, sorting tickets and tuk tuks. They made my trip to relaxing and stress free.
Great selection at breakfast and all food was delicious!! One of the best hotel gyms I’ve been to and the spa facilities were great! I’d highly recommend a massage as it was also one of the best!
I couldn’t have asked for anything more, apart from to stay longer!!
Nothing at all!!

Above all else, the team at the resort embraced me with open arms, their warmth and dedication leaving an indelible mark on my experience. From the amiable front desk attendants to the industrious housekeeping crew, their heartfelt commitment infused a welcoming and cozy ambience into every moment of my stay.
The haven of opulence that is Memoire Palace unfolded before me. Within its walls, my room emerged as a sanctuary of grace and refinement, adorned with tasteful embellishments and graced with contemporary conveniences. The lavish bed, adorned with sheets of utmost luxury, and the awe-inspiring vistas visible from the balcony conspired to make leaving the room an arduous task each morning. The meticulous attention poured into every facet of the room's design managed to not only meet but surpass my loftiest expectations.
In retrospect, it was the human touch intertwined with the lavish setting that truly painted my stay at the resort in the most vibrant of colors.

This hotel is truly amazing- stunning grounds and pool, wonderful food and really comfortable beds. We loved the staff, who were welcoming, friendly, and helpful in booking our wondering guide Chin for the 2 day Angkor Wat tour as well as rides into town as needed. We loved it here and would definitely stay here again!

Great friendly and welcoming staff. Amazing room on a wrap around infinity pool right outside my door. The hotel is built around the pool so the hotel is very reminiscent of a French village built around a small river. Very relaxing. Bathroom included 2 sinks, a tub, a private toilet, and a luxurious shower that featured a rainfall shower

We stayed at Memoire Palace for 23 days and were very sad to leave.
The staff were incredibly friendly and nothing was ever too much trouble. They would always stop whatever they were doing to come and chat with us, open a door for us or help us into, or out of, a tuk-tuk.
The swimming pool is absolutely huge and fills the space between the 8 villas. Each villa comprises 8 apartments, ours had a balcony which was directly next to the pool. Each villa havs direct access to the pool from where you can swim across to the island which has a chairs, sunbeds, parasols and, of course, a cocktail bar.
The apartments are large and very well appointed with one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept on! There are towels everywhere and more by each villa's pool access.
There are a large number of power sockets and also dedicated USB charging points. Our balcony was a generous size with a large double day bed and a washing line for drying our swim suits.
There is a fridge which, happily, is not stocked with overpriced drinks but can be used for your own drinks/snacks.
The breakfasts were excellent with a buffet bar providing European and Asian options and an excellent egg station too.
The hotel was rather quiet for much of our stay and consequently we felt very spoiled for attention. The wifi in our room was a little patchy in our and there were a couple of occasions when it stopped working completely.
Siem Reap, itself, is a very laid-back town with many drinking and dining options (the Somaha bistro was outstanding) and there are tuk-tuks everywhere that take you most place for a dollar or two. There are also a couple of nice cinemas showing English movies. The VIP Hall at Legend was our favourite.
We will return.
Nothing, it was just perfect

Very warm and welcoming check in by manager John and his staff. Staff very helpful and always happy to go the extra mile but also helpful with planning day trips or providing useful information e.g. where to buy mosquito repellent.
Junior Suite room was beautiful and spacious and the bathroom had a beautiful bath and rainfall shower head. The bed was comfortable.
Breakfast (buffet) was included and was packed for us on the day we had to leave early for sunrise at Angkor.
Wonderful dinner (a la carte) at the Stage 1960's with lots of nostalgic features. 24 hr Room service was offered.
The pool was very inviting and clean with a swim up bar (Gin Bar) at the centre. Had an excellent cocktail there.
There is also a spa and gym on site, which we could not use as we were out in Siem Reap and Angkor most of the time.
A free shuttle service is run either to or from the airport.
We were allowed a late check out without incurring extra charges.
Nothing to dislike but some guests would possibly prefer to be closer to the centre of Siem Reap or other guests might expect more evening activities e.g. life music, entertainment. However we were perfectly happy with the tranquility of the resort.

Right from our checkin, the experience was amazing. The team were welcoming and make you feel at home. Every request was attended to instantly. Other luxury hotels should take some lessons from the Memoire Palace Resort team.
The breakfast was good. They make food based on your preference and in our case, the chief was surprising us with a different breakfast every day.
Nothing in particular. Everything was perfect.

We stayed in the most wonderful suite we have ever stayed in. The room is luxurious, spacious and really comfortable with a big soft bed, outside balcony, multiple places to relax. It is fitted with a beautiful bathroom including a shower and bath. The swimming pool is beautiful and an amazing place to relax after your hot visit at Ankor Wat. The spa is nice and includes a steaming room, sauna and gym. They provide good quality massages as well. The restaurant serves really good local food for dinner. The breakfast buffet is extensive with a wide variety of local and western food.
The best thing about our stay was 100% the staff, they really go beyond everything for you and make your stay amazing. They were super friendly and helpful, booked attractions in the neighbourhood for us and were always smiling. The housekeeping did an amazing job and cleaned our room twice a day, unbelievable. A special thanks to Hak who really made our anniversary unforgettable! Hak and his team set up a romantic dinner table with candles and roses and even made our bed and bath with rose paddles, amazing!

After travelling around Asia for a few months we ended our trip in Siem Reap and decided to stay at the Memoire Palace as treat for our final week. What a treat it was! This place was magical and we had such a lovely week relaxing by the gigantic pool. There is also a beautiful spa with sauna, steam and a gym. The staff were so friendly and lovely to chat to. They went out of their way to help with any request we had. The room was huge with a very comfy bed. Cannot fault the place. I absolutely recommend this resort. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything. Absolutely faultless. I have stayed in many 5* hotels worldwide and this is one of the best. The team treat you like family. The room is beyond luxurious. I had a pool suite and it was sooo beautiful. It is quiet and less people than usual but Cambodia is just getting going again after the pandemic. The food is just world class and as good as any Michelin star restaurant I have been to. The breakfast choice was the best I’ve ever seen in the world. The chef would even come and show you new food combinations to try. All fresh and cooked in front of you. When I asked about Kampot pepper they bought me some as a gift! Every member of staff stopped to talk to you and ask about you in a genuine way by name.
Nothing. This is a world class hotel.

This hotel has so much potential however it has been hit hard during the pandemic. During our stay there were maybe three other rooms taken. It seemed like a ghost town.
The family room was an excellent space and very clean! There are three rooms - middle room is the living/dining/entry space to one side of the master facing the pool and to the other side is the twin bedroom. It was an excellent set up for our family (children 8 and 10).
We also had a single room for another family member and that room was really large and clean. It had a lovely sitting area and overlooked the pool.
The staff tried their very best to please us and were very welcoming. When we had light bulbs out they immediately came to replace them.
The pool is incredible - we enjoyed it very much.
We loved riding the old trishaws around the property - very cool touch.
Breakfast was good - many choices both western and asian. The staff even offered to make us things that were not on the buffet.
The hotel, although only open a few years, is in need of many repairs. Many tiles were missing in the pool, the buildings are in need of paint touch ups in many areas, our room had a major issue in the shower which led us to just use one of the two bathrooms.
Again due to the pandemic many of the perks of the hotel are not being offered like the pool bar.
We knew this property was outside of town but chose it because we knew our kids would enjoy tuk tuk rides to and from dinner. It's really not that far and we enjoyed seeing the local market in action and daily life.
HOWEVER, the hotel backs up against privately owned homes. We had the unfortunate timing of arriving during a wedding at one of the homes behind the hotel. We learned that locals rent a sound system and BLAST music for two days during the wedding celebration. It's customary to begin playing the music before sunrise to welcome the sun! We were seriously considering leaving the hotel early because the noise was so bad. We couldn't sleep in the morning and then in the afternoon we couldn't enjoy the pool in peace. When we approached the staff about the noise they promised it would be over on our third day and it was.
Finally, at the back of the property is a large building that overlooks the pool that was planned to open - housing more rooms and an indoor pool - but it has not. It is vacant and an eye sore.
We do hope that this hotel can pull it together as it does have some serious potential.
