Everything was amazing! From the very warm welcome we received from Mikal and the lovely offer of a complimentary cold drink on arrival. Mikal explained everything, including facilities and the local area.
The room was spotlessly clean and looked newly refurbished. The size was great and we had a lovely balcony.
Beach towels and a safe was provided free of charge.
The breakfast amazing, a mixture of home made delicious local delicacies ( which again Mikal explained), ceral, fresh fruit, pastries , yoghurt, jams and hot foods ( eggs and sausages). Everything was hot and very fresh with different options each day. Tea, coffee and delicious cherry juice available aswell as offering a range of fruit and breakfast teas.
The perfect location, bus stop to Sarande 1 minute walk away, supermarket, restaurants and bakery opposite the hotel and a 5 minute stroll to the famous Ksamil beach with Poda and King beach clubs. Perfect for chilling in the day and watching the beautiful sunset at one of the many bars. ( we paid €27 for two sunbeds with thick matress like cushions and an umbrella for the whole day, on the front row of the beach).
This is the best hotel we have stayed in ( we travel frequently, we've already visited 6 countries this year), thanks to the wonderful staff team, amazing hospitality, the lovely food and perfect location.
Nothing, we really couldn't think of anyway to improve what the Sunway hotel offers.

Lovely friendly family run hotel, and bed very comfortable. Hotel Afa had restaurant which serves outstanding food only 3 minutes walk away for dinner.
Sewage issue in room and reported and initial response was " no other guests mentioned an issue in your room" not sorted as plumber no available for days and hotel said could not provide alternative room evethough I saw one room became free. So had to stay in smelly room. No kettle or coffee machine in the room, small wardrobe, no drawers or nowhere to rest your suitcase when unpacking and no chair to sit and do your make up or style your hair. No UK news channel. Filter coffee very weak and alternative was chargeable. Limited vegan options. Main road quite noisy.
