ottima posizione, pulizia perfetta, camera bella con tanti accessori e comodità, bella vista dalla finestra. Staff gentile e molto professionale. io e mia moglie siamo stati benissimo, oltre le nostre aspettative.

Otel kesinlikle tekrar gidilecek bir yer.. Hizmet kalitesi, harika konumu, çalışanların ilgisi muhteşem.. Ayrıca sundukları otel hizmetleri olağanüstü.. Konaklama esnasında lobide atıştırmalıklar, meyveler, dondurma, içecekler, çorba vb yiyecekler tamamen ücretsiz.. Tüm kullanım malzemeleri (traş bıçağı, diş fırçası macunu, saç fırçası, saç bakım ve banyo ürünleri, bitki çayları, inanılmaz fazla çeşitli kozmetik ürünlerinin hepsinden konaklama süresince ücretsiz faydalanabiliyorsunuz) Odaları da diğer Tokyo otellerine göre birazcık daha büyük, Japonya'da konakladığımız 4 ayrı otele göre söyleyebilirim (Türk anlayışında büyük değil, öyle algılamayın Türkler 😅 TR de standart otel odaları 25-40 m2 arasında genellikle.. Tokyo'da tabi ki standart odalar oldukça küçük 13-20 m2 arası gibi çoğunlukla) Benim çok param var küçük oda yetmez diyen büyük odaları tercih etsin, tabi ki daha fazla ücret ile✌️😅 Kesinlikle tekrar gittiğimde tercih edeceğim bir tesis.. Tesadüfen, tek ek gecelik konaklamamız için seçtik burayı, ama baştan uzun süreli konaklama için bu oteli tercih etseydik daha mutlu olurduk. ********************************** This hotel is definitely a place I'd visit again. The quality of service, the great location, and the attentiveness of the staff are amazing. The hotel services they offer are also exceptional. During your stay, snacks, fruits, ice cream, drinks, soup, etc. are completely free in the lobby. All necessities (razor blades, toothbrush, toothpaste, hairbrush, hair care and bath products, herbal teas, an incredible variety of cosmetic products) are also free for the duration of your stay. The rooms are also slightly larger than other Tokyo hotels; I can say this based on the 4 different hotels we stayed in in Japan (not large by Turkish standards, don't misunderstand me, Turks 😅 In Turkey, standard hotel rooms are generally between 25-40 m2... In Tokyo, of course, standard rooms are quite small, mostly around 13-20 m2).

Otelin konumu çok canlı ve hareketli bir bölgede.. bazen konaklama sırasında biraz sokak sesi geliyor ama eğlence isteyen için çok da sorun olacak bir durum değil açıkçası.. Bu kadar iyi yanlarının yanında çok da göze batacak bir olumsuzluk değil.. *************************************** The hotel is located in a very lively and bustling area. Sometimes there's a bit of street noise during your stay, but it's not a big problem for those who want entertainment. Considering its many positive aspects, it's not a glaring negative point.

Location was good and right in the center of Shinjuku area, walking distance to many sights. Lobby had lots of amenitites such as bath salts, shampoos and lotions available.

Breakfast was a few muffins, coffee and juice. Not nearly what we expected. Bed was horribly uncomfortable. We stayed at another Bali-An location, and it had a breakfast buffet, karaoke, games, and a larger lobby area. We were hoping for that again, and this did not have those things. The free drink bar was also very limited compared to the other location.
