Excelent!

all. When I found out that the bed had a socket to charge electronics, I went to speak to the receptionist. She changed beds! Finally it worked! Very attentive receptionist, excellent and very friendly! I loved I recommend! very close to Shinsen station

A good shibuya hostel

If you take the train from Shibuya station to Shinsen station via Inokashira line the hostel is like a 4 minute walk away, if you walk and the cherry blossoms are blooming you can see night cherry blossoms lights on the way. Everythings clean and they have skin care sets you can buy if you forget your skincare. Staff workers are friendly and sheets are comfy. The kitchen is cute and the atmosphere is a vibe.

Heads up the door kind of slams when someone opens or closes it, even if you try to close it slowly.

フリーソフトドリンクのサービスと、到着して1日目に2階レストランでの1杯無料サービスが付いていたのが嬉しかった。また、こんな事は初めてでしたが、ルームキーを紛失してしまって困っていましたが、スタッフの方々が探して下さり、チェックアウト日に見つかりました！本当にありがとうございました。

ドミトリーなので外国人の方々が多いのですが、ベッドの前に私物を投げ出して、自分のベッドルームを広く使おうとする感じがとても嫌でした。その荷物に幾度とつまずき、自分のベッドの前は自分の靴を置くだけくらいのスペースしかなかった。宿泊者には通路に靴や最悪スーツケースくらいを置く程度で、散乱させない様に案内して欲しいです。

当日予約でも快適に過ごせて良かったです。

部屋の暖房がしっかり効いていて快適に過ごせました。トイレやシャワールームも衛生的でした。

パウダールームが別に有ると助かります。先にチェックアウトした方が部屋のドアを開け放して行ってしまったのが困った。

The location is very convenient and in a quiet area. The staff are super friendly and helpful. All the necessary amenities are excellent and available.

異国交流会。笑

男女混合ドミトリーに初めて宿泊してみました。海外では怖くて宿泊出来ないので... 8人部屋で、多分私以外皆様男性だったと思いますが、物音にも皆様気遣っていましたし、海外の方とも共有スペースでお話出来たり、海外旅行に行った気分になりました😂笑ドアを閉める時の音だけはどう頑張っても大きな音になってしまうので、深夜などトイレに行く時は気遣いが必要かと思われます。ドアの音さえなければ文句なしです！

Not a social hostel. Only stay here if you want a place to sleep and be on your own.

Clean, comfy beds, good location, nice bathroom facilities included straighteners and curlers. Good if u want to be all by yourself but not good if ur looking to meet other people.

Not a social hostel at all if you’re looking to meet people. People staying there were older and kept to themselves, no common area to meet people. Honestly like a ghost town and was really dissaponted with how much I paid. The last night I was the only one in the whole 10 room bunk bed which was a bit strange but had a good sleep I guess!

Friendly staff and good location. Clean rooms.

Restaurant area was closed for two days in our trip. Lots of noise at night from other guests in the corridors. For the price, have had better rooms in Tokyo.

I had a private room. Bed and pillow were comfortable. Location was nice, everything walking distance. Room was functional

Ignore most of the photos - they're misleading

The place was generally clean. You could request for your dorm bed sheets to be changed during your stay. The location was good too on a quiet street and with a station nearby. Free towels are provided.

The vast majority of the photos for the hostel are ridiculously misleading - basically ignore all of the more fancy photos and that is what the hostel is. I do object to photos being used of the adjacent restaurant (including all of the supposed seating / socialising areas), and then you get there and they tell you you're not allowed to use those areas. There isn't anywhere to hang out apart from a long corridor. One reason I chose to stay here was because of the 'shared kitchen facilities". This was also misleading. All that's provided is a microwave, kettle, fridge and a few mugs - there were no plates, bowls, cutlery or anything else. I would say this place presents a false image of what you're going to get and it's very over-priced.

Very close to Shibuya and many restaurants.

I booked a bunk in the female only dorm, but there was a male person in there. Didn't bring it up with staff as I only stayed one night and because guests should be responsible enough to sleep in the dorm they booked.

Great location and comfy stay.

Clean comfy stay. Shelves on dormitories bed very useful. Walking distance to Shibuya shops.

Opening luggage sometimes a problem in narrow rooms.

Location was excellent but had no common area to mingle with other travelers.

There was no common area or somewhere to hang out, you just had to sit in your bed.

Good for a short stay

It was clean and convenient, great location and price makes it worth for a short stay.

Rooms are tiny so not enough space for multiple guests to have their bags open at the same time. Had to open and close my suitcase a million times and that creates a lot more noise in the room. Not enough showers, had to wait for quite a while in the morning.

Location was great. Beds were comfy. Amenities were great - shampoo, towel, bodywash included

There were no communal areas for guests to mingle. Restaurant is only open for lunch.

Practical hostel near Shibuya Station, very big dorm (sleeps 12). Everything was clean and the amenities were nice.

It does get pretty warm during the night with so many people sleeping in the room. Not enough room for luggage, which posed a tripping hazard at night!

Great place to stay in Shibuya

This place is really near the metro station (Shinsen) and Shibuya is just 10 mins walking. The bed is comfortable and cozy. People sharing the room are quiet so there is no trouble sleeping at all.
