Impeccable customer service, clean, close proximity to public transport stations, uninterrupted Wi-fi.
Rather dark rooms inspite of the lighting.
The ceiling looked unfinished with visible markings.

We were genuinely impressed with Hotel The Artist. Although it is a two-star hotel, the experience was much better than we expected.
The staff were absolutely wonderful — welcoming, friendly, patient and very helpful. We had an issue during our stay, and they went out of their way to understand and resolve it. Even when there was a language barrier, they patiently used a translation device to make sure they understood our needs. A special thank you to Lee, who was particularly helpful, professional and caring.
The room was comfortable and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay.
Overall, we had a lovely experience and felt very well looked after. Thank you to all the staff at Hotel The Artist for making our stay so enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and happily recommend this hotel.

Great location and big rooms for a hotel room in asia
Compared to other hotels we stayed at on our trip to Korea the front desk was far less helpful, and in general they were not very helpful. For the price point it was disappointing that breakfast was not included.
