We were walking the Monarchs Way and this was just off the route so perfect for our needs. It was quiet and close to local amenities.

Very pleasant location. Room comfortable.
Room somewhat tired in places, some broken fixings and tiles. Strong smell, likely disinfectant, when entering the room.

Location.
Shower was amazing
Beds were comfy.
Room 3 wasn't clean, there were cobwebs on the ceiling, the bathroom wasn't finished with a wall panel not in place. There wasn't a toilet roll holder. The bathroom door didn't shut properly.
The outside area was very unkempt with cobwebs and weeds.
