Not what it represents itself as

Not much

Lights didn’t work, had a stinking chook shed that looked like a rubbish dump next to the outdoor area and right out the kitchen window, the owner would walk around and peer in the window, the supposed country view was overgrown, outdoor chairs broken.

The location was peaceful, lovely, and quiet.

The property needs revamping. Needs new glassware dinner sets and cutlery knives that cut would be useful. Investment in towels that are thick rather than thin, tired looking would be good.. Some maintenance around the kitchen to repair laminate that's falling off. Skirting boards need painting and upstairs carpet needs replacing. The matteress and bed squeak. The property needs some work to bring it up to standard.
