The front staff was very helpful and friendly. They helped us with booking an event and hailing taxis. The location was great. Close to train station and within walking distance to the night market. Bank and convenience stores both right next door. The room was perfect for our family of three. The breakfast was included and offered a wide variety of food.
The bed was a little too firm.

There's a massive library of books and manga in the foyer that I wish I had time to peruse and read. Staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and had a variety of lighting options. The included breakfast was a buffet, and we enjoyed the onsen eggs.
The bed was a bit firmer than we'd like, but that seems to be consistent across Taiwan.

-Excellent service throughout from all staff members especially a male front desk staff member who fluently speaks English. He was exceptional.
-Good location, not far from train station, bus stop for 310 (Tourist Shuttle Bus), night markets and shopping area in walking distance
-Comfortable and spacious bedroom/bathroom
-Great breakfast. Services from the restaurant was great too.
A hand soap by the sink in the room would be nice.
