The staff was nice and the location is very close to the ocean (Nanbin Park is worth a visit, especially if you have kids). There are also many restaurants around and if you don't find anything that suits you, Dongdamen Night Market is just around the corner.
Unfortunately, the room - especially the bathroom - was not as clean as we had expected. Even after our best efforts a slight smell of urine remained that emanated from the toilet. It is also very noisy as our room opened to the staircase, so whenever someone was talking while climbing the stairs it felt like they are standing next to our beds.
