The staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The room was gorgeous, after upgrading (see what I disliked). Great location as well, so close to the night market!
When we arrived, our first room had a lot of small ants everywhere. When I told the staff and asked to either switch rooms or have it sprayed, they immediately moved us to a much larger and nicer room with no charge. The stay from then on was amazing.
