Nice place good location good value for money

Location and beautiful view from 24th floor, smart TV and comfortable bed very good value for money

Clean but quite noisy

Clean and the bathroom was very modern and good. Good facilities and got a bottle of water and two coffe capsules for free.

Bed was extremely hard. The pillows were stuffy and filled with hard lumps. The fold out couch was very worn down and had a steel rod in the back that you felt when trying to lie on the sofa folded out. Very noisy, not at all quiet as the other reviews say. You could hear the streets with sirens and just general noise because the windows were thin. You could also hear people talking in the corridor and throwing around stuff? Smashing doors and throwing away garbage. One night a neighbor turned on the tv VERY LOUD at 2 o'clock in the night. I can sleep almost anywhere but my mother who was with me had a hard time sleeping because of all the noise and the hard bed.

Great location and view in central Alicante

Excellent location, walking distance to the promenade, shops and restaurants. The view from the appartment is also wonderful. You are also close to the main tram station Luceros where you are well connected to travel within and out of Alicante. The station also has an underground parking garage if you are renting a car and lockers to store luggage if you have a late return flight. Well equipped for a short stay, the host also quickly responded to our request for a towel change.

Apartamento situado no 29 andar de um dos prédios mais altos de Alicante, com uma vista soberba para a zona norte e leste da cidade (pena que não seja para o lado do mar….). É um apartamento confortável, limpo e com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia. O processo de checkin não é o mais standard, faz-se através de mensagens via Booking e tudo corre bem. Fica numa zona muito boa, podendo fazer-se tudo a pé. Há muitos parques de estacionamento nas redondezas (fiquei no Navas, que é mais barato que os restantes da zona, 19,5€ por menos 24H).
