Very comfortable and clean, ideal location. Would highly recommend

Very clean and well equipped. Great view of the sea and comfortable living area. Close to Edinburgh City by bus and good bus timetable, 24hrs a day. Good local shops and cafes along the beach. Very prompt reply to enquiries made during our stay with owners of apartment. Free private off road parking. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again if visiting Scotland

Had a great weekend at this lovely apartment by the beach

Great location overlooking the beach. Spacious, well equipped apartment in a quiet apartment block. Good selection of cafes, restaurants, bars & shops nearby. Car park space on site and just a short walk to bus stop on Portobello High Street with regular buses to Edinburgh.

Nothing major but just a few wonky door handles (especially bathroom) and a couple of things need tightening (shower head holder and toilet seat).

Great location, some disappointing aspects inside.

Location fabulous. Wonderful views and good amenities nearby. Kitchen well equipped. Main bedroom bed comfortable. Bathroom clean and good.

Second bedroom very disappointing, bed far too low for older folks like us and crammed in with an unwanted single bed in a small room so no space to move. Curtain/blind arrangement not good and main bedroom blind could not be raised. Door handles on bathroom and main bedroom were broken. Could use a lot more comfortable items - dressing table, chairs in bedrooms. Huge TV impossible to use for older people. Small TV in main bedroom nice but just a hole in the wall where another TV was in second bedroom. Very much a man's space but still a super location.

Very clean and well equipped. Great view of the sea and comfortable living area. Close to Edinburgh City by bus and good bus timetable, 24hrs a day. Good local shops and cafes along the beach.
