Very pretty and spacious room and bathroom. Everything was clean and the host was kind and quick to give us the information we needed. It is very close to the bus station and we got very fast to the city centre and also the airport. The neighbourhood was also very calm and clean . We really recommend this place as it made our stay in Edinburgh even more pleasant!

Gorgeous room with very comfortable bed, luxurious bedding and spotlessly clean. Handy to park and buses close by.
Shower went cold during use and settings were not easy to understand. Bathroom is very clean but the sliding door and gap at the bottom make it feel quite exposed and not private.

Room was spacious, cozy, and clean. Basically right next to a bus stop that can get you to and from the city center along with the airport so great location. Don't love the prospect of a shared bathroom, but I knew what I was paying for, and it ended up fine because I never saw the other guests that I shared it with.
Doors (both room and frontdoor) took some tries to lock and unlock. There were some small flying gnats/insects in the room, bathroom, and kitchen, likely due to windows being left open.
