Good location, very close to tram which runs from airport to city centre every 6 minutes. Apartment has cooktop, microwave oven, washing machine, and refrigerator.
The communication with property owners was very frustrating. We made this booking 2 weeks in advance, we hear nothing from the property owner. No reply to our email and text messages inquiries. On the check in date, we have not received check in information. When we called, owners mobile phone was turned off. We have to contact booking.com customer support for help.
When we arrived, no tea, coffee, sugar, no cookware, no wifi password, no laundry detergent, etc.
Very basic furniture. No chairs and table. There are no windows in the bedroom and bathroom. Only one sliding door in the living room for the fresh air. The fan in the bathroom didn’t work. The moisture was trapped inside bathrooms and bedroom causing unpleasant smell.
