A little bit of investment in the room would make all the difference. Lazy.

The location is very good, with a regular bus and stop outside the front door. The shared kitchen was good, and appliances worked.

The bathroom is small and the shower is almost impossible to get the temperature right. The room carpet is filthy and sticky and there was no mirror. the mattress needs changing as was very flattened and uncomfortable.
