The quality of finish, the space and size the balcony for most rooms
The location, back street environment and access.
I dreaded what I was going to find inside when I got there at 10:00 pm.
It took my breath away to see the reality, so unexpected.

The location near the airport is perfect. However, the staff should be more accommodating to guests with early flights. This includes offering early breakfast or providing packed meals, as breakfast is part of the package. Additionally, it would be helpful to provide bottled drinking water in the rooms, as well as the option to make coffee or tea, for added convenience.
There was no bottled water in the rooms for the price they charge.
