The WiFi on my floor is unstable. It is located in a safe area but I hope there’s some way they could enhance their security because anyone can walk into that building and there is no security cameras.

Everything about the hotel is great...But the rooms are very small and tight. We stayed there for a number of my nights. On one night we upgraded to a luxury room which is nice and roomy but then the bath room walls are dirty...Not particularly the staff fault but the design of open top bath makes it almost impossible to keep it clean. Suggest the hotel give it a thought and redesign to improve the condition.
Rooms are small...Need more shelves and hooks to facilitate better use of space.

Location was perfect just a couple minutes walk to the station. Good cafes and a bouldering gym nearby. The room was small but perfect for what I needed. Bed was hard but a good size.
Nothing major, walls were a little dirty around the bin.

Accesibility to Public Transportation (Bus and Train). Close to a lot of convenience stores, supermarket and food places (including Yoshinoya and Yayoi). Staff are friendly and accommodating
They only clean room 1x for our 10day stay as per our request. Room okay but Bathroom was terrible, the shower area is like taking a shower inside CebuPac Restroom and its enclosed. They do not make your bed..they just change towels and remove trash daily. There is no coin laundry, there is no ice machine (you have to request ice from reception), there is no water dispenser. Check out at 11am, it will cost ¥1,100/hr for a max of 2 hour late check out.
