Tolle Wohnung und Lage für einen Rom Trip!

Wunderbare Lage zu allen Sehenswürdigkeiten bzw. ÖPNV. Große Auswahl an Gastronomie und Geschäften in direkter Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gemütlich ausgestattet. Für uns zu dritt ideal für 1 Woche Rom-Erkundung.

Muy buen lugar y apto para niños

La comunicación con los dueños fue super continua y clara. Filippo nos recibió en la casa y nos explicó todo. La casa era tal cual como las fotos y lo que esperábamos y estuvimos super bien. Para moverse en la ciudad la ubicación estaba genial! y la casa tenía todo lo necesario para estar unos días en Roma, y era segura para niños, no tuvimos ningún problema y estuvimos super cómodos. Cerca hay dos mercados uno pequeño y otro más grande donde pudimos comprar frutas, pasta fresca y quesos! El barrio es bastante movido, hay lugares para comer y un supermercado. Muy cerca del vaticano y muy facil moverse en metro, bus o taxi! Sobre todo con niños no tuvimos ninguna dificultad :)

En general estuvimos super bien, quizás la cocina podría estar mejor equipada, pero está todo lo esencial disponible, así que en general estuvimos perfectamente.

Ο οικοδεσποτης ηταν πολυ ευγενικος και εξυπηρετικος.η τοποθεσια ειναι ιδανικη για αξιοθεατα,φαγητο,ψωνια.το διαμερισμα μεγαλο .Wi fi καλο.ζεστο νερο οποτε χρειαζοσουν.

Οι φωτογραφιες στο booking δεν ανταποκρινονται στην πραγματικοτητα.τα δειχνει ολα φωτεινα και λαμπερα ενω στην πραγματικοτητα το σπιτι χρειαζεται σχεδον ολικη ανακαινιση.1) τα φωτα δεν αναβαν ολα σε κανενα δωματιο.2)τα επιπλα ειναι τα περισσοτερα χαλασμενα ,ταλαιπωρημενα και ορισμενα οπως οι καναπεδες εχουν λεκεδες βρωμιας.3)το κεφαλαρι στο ενα κρεββατι εχει σπασει 4)στη κουζινα οι διακοπτες σπασμενοι.καρεκλες σπασμενες.5)οι βρυσες ξεθωριασμενες και αλατα.6)ζητησαμε κουνια για υπνο για το μωρο και βρηκαμε παρκο για να παιζει,οχι κουνια για υπνο.7)η μια τηλεοραση δεν ειχε καλο σημα και η 2η δεν λειτουργουσε καθολου 8)κεντρικη θερμανση με καλοριφερ,οχι αυτονομη να την αναβεις κ να την κλεινεις οταν θες.9)τα a/c δεν λειτουργουσαν .10)χρειαζεται αμεσα βαψιμο ολο το σπιτι εκτος του μπανιου Γενικοτερα εδειχνε ενα διαμερισμα παραμελειμενο και χωρις να το φροντιζει ο ιδιοκτητης.

Appartement familial pratique et confortable...comme à la maison !

L'emplacement (+++ Vatican juste à côté, distance à pied des commerces et d'autres points d'intérêts !) La disponibilité et l' amabilité de l'hôte (qui nous a, de plus, aidé a trouver rapidement un chauffeur sympa) Appartement très spacieux

Le lit d'appoint du salon (manque d'une barre de sustentation au milieu provoque un "trou" dans le matelas). Pour tout le reste, nickel.

Felt like romans for a few days

The apartment is a bit old but comfortable and well kept. It is in a great location. There are many bus stations right near by, and a supermarket literally next door. We enjoyed are stay. And the most important thing about the apartment is Phillipo the host who was super kind and generous. available when needed and helpful.

We stayed in august and it was ver hot - the air conditioning could use some improvement

Our host Filippo is one of the best I’ve encountered. Highly recommended!

The location is exceptional! It’s accross St Perer’s square, it’s a few minutes walk from the Metro station, it has a grocery adjacent the apartment, and a lot of restaurants beside it.

Fantastic time in an amazing city!

Excellent location for Vatican visit and short walk to hop on hop off tour pick up point!! lots of lovely eating places on doorstep supermarket,ice cream shop,pastry shop and souvenir shopping all beneath apartment

I can't comment on Casa Tranquilli because it had a plumbing problem so the owner moved us to another apartment Casa Lelli next door. Lovely owner, apartment was fine but not as good as Casa Tranquilli. Excellent location quiet, clean, comfortable, kitchen worked well. We had no complaints though.

No lounge, only one bathroom in Casa Lelli, not as aesthetically pleasing as Casa Tranquilli. Slightly more run down than pictures of Casa Tranquilli.

Super location, nice and big apartment close to Vatican!

The apartment is situated near Vatican City and is also near various bus and tram stops. You may find several restaurants, clothing, pastry, and pizza shops nearby. Host Filippo is very nice and punctual. He is very responsive and is very kind.

The building was old, and the apartment's living room vibrates as the metro passes in the underground. The kitchen was big but did not have an electric kettle, and also, there were no bowls in the cutlery. I hope the host might provide them for future guests.

Spacious and cozy apartment just next to the Vatican!

The check in was super easy. The host Filippo was there to meet us despite of our late-night flight (on a reasonable late check-in fee). Filippo walked us around the premises and gave us a lot of useful information about the city. A pleasant, warm host with fast responses upon questions. · The kitchen is super big and useful. Fire stove, oven, microwave oven, kettle, moka coffee maker, sufficient utensils and cutleries. · The entire house is very spacious with 1 large sitting room, 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom (standing shower). The elevator is vintage but works perfectly. · The location is right next to the Vatican, and it is surrounded with shops, pizzarias, gelaterias & other eateries. Traffic is convenient with metro stations and bus stops within minutes' walk.

We found the kettle had a scale coating inside. We cleaned it and at least were able to make tea. · The shower door did not close properly and water overflowed. We observed it and found that it should only be opened inward to stop water from flowing outside. But it could be opened both ways. Except above everything was great and we loved here.
