Thank you, Victoria, for letting us stay at your Flat with Terrace by Vatican apartment. The location was excellent, just a short walk from the Vatican and close to many restaurants, shops, and lively streets.
The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable, and the beautiful terrace was definitely the highlight of our stay. Our family really enjoyed staying there, and the air conditioning made a huge difference, especially with temperatures outside being over 30°C.
A special thank you to Victoria for the warm welcome, excellent communication, and helpful local tips. We highly recommend this apartment and would happily stay here again! 😊

The location was great. A problem with a toilet was solved same day. Key and lock of building problems fixed in 2 days.
The apartment needs a deep down clean. We had to wash pans and plates before use. Shower needs a good clean. One 2 seater couch broken. Light fitting blew twice. Lampshades full of dust. We paid alot of money so it should be spotless. We only had 2 cups and 1 mug between us. The freezer was full of ice and the fridge was not cold so food went off leaving us with bad tummy's. A very dirty sink and marked counter top. A very expensive place which looked tired and dirty.Very noisy in bedroom at front from road and people noise. Problems could be easily fixed in thi apartment.
