Very safe and secure , very clean comfortable and well equipped . In a lovely quiet location with beautiful views of the hills . Swimming pool was excellent
My wife remarked that the bed was too firm but I was indifferent . It’s a very minor comment in the overall scheme !

Das Haus ist wunderschön und liegt in einer sehr schönen Gegend. Es ist absolut ruhig. Mit dem Auto erreicht man Pollenca und Port de Pollenca in wenigen Minuten.
Das Haus und der Garten sind hervorragend gepflegt. Der Pool ist wunderbar.
Die Kommunikation und der Service von Patrica war hervorragend.

The rear pool area is very private, and the neighbouring area is just local residents so is very quiet (although we noticed that some large building works are just starting nearby). We enjoy cooking so appreciated that the kitchen was fully equipped. It's very quick and easy to drive a hire car to Pollensa or Port de Pollensa.
The kitchen lighting is harsh, would be easy to replace with something softer.
