The tropical location is very relaxing and matches the photos well. The house is built well and well decorated. The beds were comfortable, and the showers hot. The pool is fantastic.
The house is in need of a little extra maintenance, with a few elements starting to get tied (kitchen appliances not working, some bed sheets ripped, issues with some air conditioners (fixed quickly upon notification)). The staff (while lovely and friendly) are always around so it doesn’t feel like a “private villa”. We also had a real estate agent showing a buyer of the villa through without warning which was strange. It’s a little hard to get to, a fair way from the beach front.
Worth noting that three rooms are connected in the main house, with the forth and fifth located in separate villas (same property, just disconnected).
Also worth being aware that this is a tropical jungle, animals like to visit!

El Jardín es un paraíso natural , una piscina increíble, la casa es grande y estupenda . Estuvimos genial. Totalmente recomendable.

La villa Karmel est exceptionnelle, situee un peu à l’écart du tumulte de la ville, elle offre « calme, luxe et volupté ». 5 chambres spacieuses et eloigneed les une des autres, une magnifique piscine, un immense salon permettent de passer un moment intime et ressourçant.

וילה מרווחת ומעוצבת בריכה נהדרת , היינו משפחה של 7 והחדרים מאוד מרווחים.
קחו בחשבון שזה ממש באמצע ג׳ונגל ולא קרוב לכלום, הוילה לא מתוחזקת ולא נקייה, חרקים, צפרדעים, יתושים כי זה קרוב לנהר. אינטרנט מאוד חלש
בעל הבית נענה לכל בקשותינו והצוות שירותי מאוד אבל זה זה לא מפצה על איכות המתקן
מאוד מרוחק ואפילו נהגי טוק טוק מתקשים להגיע, בסלון המשפחתי אין מיזוג רק מאווררים, לא ניתן לבשל במטבח כי לא נקי והגז מתחת לכל בקורת , סירים ישנים ומגעילים גז מתפורר משימוש וישן מאוד. הפקק של החשמל קופץ, האינטרנט חלש. הבית מעוצב יפה מאוד חבל שלא ממשים את הפוטנציאל שלו.
