But one of the things I will remember most fondly about my stay was the wonderful woman who cleaned my room. Even when something at the hotel frustrated or upset me, her warm smile, kindness, and lovely personality were enough to make all my tension disappear.
She was genuinely one of the highlights of my stay. She made me feel welcomed, appreciated, and valued as a guest, and I truly believe she deserves recognition for the wonderful job she does. In my opinion, she deserves a better position or, at the very least, a well-deserved pay rise. People like her make a real difference because they have the ability to make guests feel important and cared for. She is a true asset to the hotel. Her name is Mali 💗
One thing I was disappointed with was the broken net on the bathroom ceiling. When it rained, water came through the damaged net and got all over the bathroom floor, leaving the entire area wet. This was inconvenient and made the bathroom difficult to use. I hope the hotel repairs it so future guests don’t experience the same problem.
Another thing that made me uncomfortable was the check-out process. Before I was allowed to leave, a member of staff came into the room to inspect it first. I understand that hotels may want to check the room, but the way it was handled made me feel as though I was being treated with suspicion, almost as if I were a thief who might have stolen or damaged something. I found this uncomfortable and unnecessary, and I believe guests should be made to feel trusted and respected, especially at check-out.

Extremely peaceful just a few moments away from the main road. Rooms were very comfortable and clean.
Jason and his team were incredible, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay.
Egg hoppers and curry was the best meal we had in all of Sri Lanka!

Gorgeous boutique hotel with only four rooms on site, it made a quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
Great location, with being a short walk from the Main Street. However enough distance to be away from the busy street of Ahangama
Staff were fabulous. So kind, helpful snd accomodating. They really made our stay special.
Food & cocktails were delicious.
Loved our stay here and Would Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The place is designed with great attention to detail, and the service is incredibly friendly.
With only four rooms and a pool, it feels very private and relaxing. The food is excellent and the cocktails are great.
The hotel is quietly located, yet only a short walk from the trendy bars and cafés of Ahangama. It’s also a great base for anyone interested in surfing.
Highly recommended!
