Loved the hotel, the courteous staff, the service, the quick response to every request, the ambience, the cleanliness, room size, food. In short, everything.
Everything was perfect. No need for improvement. Just maintain these high standards. Just wish the location was a bit more nearer to Har ki pauri

I booked at a higher price , but later the rates were reduced , but I still had to pay the higher prices - that is between booking.com and hotel

Quiet. Has all the comforts.
They had a big part of the restaurant reserved for some people. They were a bit rude telling us where to sit. The guy at the reception was quite rude. When we asked for the location, he said go look at google. I think he is new from what I was told but at least he can be polite. The room key did not work multiple times.
