The location is very far and it has to cross a toll gate for which taxi are not willing to go from city.

ok room.
the chef and restaurant staffs so lovely and really helpful.
one young male front officer is an awful communicator. ge gave wrong information of our room but insisted that he didnt make mistake. not polite at all.he even laugh at our question. not a thing we expected at Hyatt level.
Please teach him how to communicate so other guess dont feel sad and disapointed, like i do
but for staf and chef restaurant is good and friendly
$$$$
