Good price for a two bedroom two bathroom .Pub on the corner did good food .2 king size beds which were comfy.Fast wifi .
As per other reviews it could be cleaner and it could do with a new coat of paint .But as stated it was a good price ,I would stay again .

Great location, lovely walks right from the door - St Boswells is on St Cuthbert's Way so you can do either direction and both are well worth the walk. Very comfy beds, very pleasant sitting room with plenty of room for the four of us. Plus lovely powerful shower. Pub, close by on the corner, serving good food, and very friendly staff. Owner was very helpful when we got there as we couldn't find the cottage, she directed us around and to the door - a bit of a walk with all of our things.
We needed to clean the bannister and other surfaces as they were dirty and sticky. Very little cupboard space to put our food in, so it was all left on the bench. None of this spoiled our stay, though.

The location was amazing although there was a significant distance from parking to the door of the property.
Dirty cups in cupboard.bathroom and kitchen need a spring clean.
