Very comfortable, well appointed and convenient location

Very comfortable, it was a warm and easy to be in. It had good facilities, had everything we needed, quality fittings, furniture and equipment. Convenient quiet location, an easy walk to shops. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Was perfect for our stay.

Had only one face washer. Towels were clean and ok but maybe soon due for an upgrade. I’m a bit sensitive to chemical smells and the bathroom hand-soap and in-bowl toilet cleaner were a bit intense for me. Probably would not concern most people. These are minor issues.

Really enjoyed my stay here, highly recommend Tracey and the property.

Loved this stay! Everything was exceptionally clean and tidy, nice modern facilities and the beds were comfortable. Tracey was more than accommodating and very friendly and helpful. Everything about this place exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again.

There was nothing to fault with this stay.

Clean and tidy. Good location. Spacious.

Conditioner doesn’t come out of dispenser but that is minor.

This is a fantastic place. Very comfortable. Everything you need for a stay with having to bring minimal items.

I would like to see a clothes dryer and access to the garage. It was really hard to get clothes dry in the winter. My car got covered in ice when the temperature was minus 2, it wouldn't have if we could have parked in the garage.

Home away from home

A superb way to stay in Armidale. The decor is sparse (for flexible use) but beautifully designed. The rooms are spacious and quiet, and it was lovely to have such a well-equipped kitchen and dining area. The heating was perfect for a winter stay. The host communicates really well, with helpful information and words of welcome, and it's the little hospitable touches that make all the difference - like a generous selection of teas and food basics in the cupboard. A real home-away-from-home.
