Everything! The staff was amazing, always chatting with us and trying to be helpful, which they successfully did, helped us out a lot by giving us some fans for the room, some beers and bottles of water. The breakfast buffet was great! Lot of choice, although not the biggest I've seen in my life they do have options and variety both sweet and savory (eggs, bread, pastries, cheese, ham, Nutella, cereals, coffee, hot chocolate...) Really great stay! We messed up our reservation and booked a room for 3 but only wrote 2 people on the app by mistake, they added the extra bed without any problem and charged us a really decent amount for that bed. To every problem a solution which we highly appreciate! Honestly scared before booking because this hotel had less reviews than others we had seen. We mostly booked it because the price seemed fair. Did not disappoint! Close to the harbor, beaches, small boutiques... Clean, genuine, good price! Everything was great!

We were sweating the first night as we booked a room without AC (but it was a choice of ours so really not the hotel fault, just had to put something in that part xd)

The staff were very helpful when available. Breakfast was set out very nicely and although continental plenty to eat. My room was clean and presentable, the bed was very comfortable. The position in Cala Ratjada was good easily accessible to the port, restaurants, bars and shops.

Note to British visitors: although this area is very pretty and I cannot fault the hotel at fantastic value for money, some things to be aware of regarding Cala Ratjada; this is predominantly a German tourist area, and the coastline is rocky with only 2 small beach areas.

Absolutely everything. Welcoming friendly staff, place was spotless, comfy beds, lovely breakfast. Everyone we talked to in the hotel and breakfast room was really helpful, friendly and polite. We felt really welcome :-) 10/10

Nothing to complain about, we will certainly be back :-)
