John and Angela have created a comfortable and well-appointed space under their house in Port Macquarie.
They have included everything you could possibly need (and even things you didn’t know you did!).
I appreciated the breakfast provisions and all the little extras they provided.
I chose this apartment for its proximity to the hosts in order to feel safe as a solo traveler. You can hear a bit of noise from upstairs but you also have to recognise you’re sharing someone’s house.
It was reasonably good value for money.
There were a few ‘helpful’ notes around the apartment which can be useful but also slightly irritating. I’m not the sort of person that would use white bath towels to remove makeup, for example, so I don’t need a note to advise this, but I understand others may.
The location is close to the lighthouse and beach, but a reasonable distance back to the highway along quite a squirrely route.

Every once in a while we find an accommodation that checks every block; this is one of them!
Set in a beautiful neighborhood that offers quiet rest.
Price for space is outstanding! Spacious bedrooms, cozy lounge area, very functional kitchenette and dining area, and your private bath.
It is spick and span clean throughout. Very well maintained. Tastefully decorated. It is totally comfortable!
Food and drink nearby. Spoiled with choices.
The hosts are friendly and gracious. They greet their guests and leave no doubt that each stay will be way beyond satisfying.
Go here for a high-quality stay at a decent price.
I can’t even dream of a complaint.

Beautifully presented with everything we needed. Great area for walking.
Can't think of anything.

Breakfast provided was lovely, however, we couldn't eat most of the items as we are Coeliac (Gluten Free).
The apartment was well appointed and there was little that you would've needed.
