Welcome to the actually nice neighborhood. We have sidewalks and night clubs.
You have a supermarket inside the building. No plastic bag needed, just take a whole cart straight to your room if you need to.
Free gym and ball pit for kids.
WiFi! It's not google fiber, but it's stable and above average for Cambodia. Above average for hotels too. Managed to stream in 1080p on it.
Whatever you do, do not upset the queen of cockroaches for she has legions at her disposal.
Complimentary open condom wrappers. You will find quite a few of them. My high score is three. No condoms inside tho so I guess that's a good thing?
Cigarette burned couch cushions are a nice touch. You might find a few butts too.
