Location close to everythingyou need, 15floor pool and gym are great.
Reception should be more friendly and not acting like a robot, and when a guest asked for help please help, instead of acting like you don't know how.. Must train your receptionist to be more good at communicating to guests most importantly a smile.

The daily replenishment of the snack bar and the complimentary coffee, dessert in the morning. Wonderful and professional staff.
The location is very noisy in the daytime. The hotel needs a computer and printer for guests to utilize. Maybe have it in the conference room.

Excellent location in the BKK area, with lots of fabulous restaurants in walking distance.
The gym and pool were excellent.
The staff were very lovely (in contrast to some of the earlier reviews).
Our apartment was perfect for 3 people - the 2nd bedroom was a good sized single bed, so check which room you are booking if there are 4 of you.
There is a USD100 deposit required on check in (cash only) - this is made clear in the Booking.com terms and a receipt is given. We had no problem getting it back, again in contrast to the experience of some of the earlier reviewers.
Cleanliness could have been a little better.
