- sehr leckeres, reichhaltiges Frühstück
- nettes Personal
- recht weit vom Zentrum entfernt - man muss also häufiger ein Tuk-Tuk nehmen (was aber nicht weiter dramatisch ist)
- leider sehr viele Mosquitos - am ersten Tag war ich bereits beim Frühstück bereits nach fünf Minuten total verstochen
- der Cruising- und Spa-Bereich ist für meinen Geschmack zu dunkel. Man könnte zumindest einen Teil der Anlage etwas heller beleuchten

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Arthur & Paul and can honestly say it was one of the most enjoyable hotel and spa experiences I have had in many years.
From the moment I arrived, the level of service was exceptional. My airport transfer had been arranged seamlessly by the hotel, making the start of my Cambodian adventure completely stress-free. Upon entering my room, I was delighted to find a beautiful platter of fresh tropical fruit waiting for me, a thoughtful touch that immediately set the tone for the rest of my stay.
A special thank you to Thibaud, the owner, for his warm welcome letter and for taking the time to personally introduce himself and chat during my visit. That level of personal engagement is increasingly rare and was greatly appreciated.
I was fortunate enough to receive a room upgrade, and the accommodation exceeded all expectations. The room was spacious, beautifully maintained, and impeccably clean throughout my stay. I particularly enjoyed the private balcony overlooking the pool area, as well as the separate shower room and toilet, which added an extra level of comfort and convenience.
The housekeeping team deserves enormous credit. The cleanliness standards were second to none, and every area of the property was maintained to an exceptionally high standard.
The breakfast service was another highlight. Having breakfast delivered to my room each morning felt like a genuine luxury and was a wonderful way to start each day. The main restaurant menu was equally impressive, offering a diverse range of options for both lunch and dinner, with something to suit every taste.
The spa facilities are outstanding and clearly one of the hotel's greatest strengths. The swimming pool, jacuzzi, large steam room and dry sauna were all immaculate and provided the perfect environment for relaxation. It was also reassuring to see the facilities regularly enjoyed b
