Home Away from Home -Hamilton House 307 is a SILVER rated two-bedroom, two-bath Gulf Side View vacation rental located in Indian Rocks Beach. This spacious Light and bright top floor vacation rental has a delightful décor and includes a private balcony with plenty of balcony furniture to enjoy magnificent sunsets! Balcony is accessible from both the living room and master bedroom! Vacation rental 307 offers a full size, fully-equipped kitchen complete with appliances including microwave and dishwasher, stocked drawers and you need to enjoy dining at home. Free wireless internet access. Flat Panel TVs (cable) in the living room and all bedrooms, telephone with free local calls and Wi-Fi are also provided. Sleeping accommodations include one KING in the main bedroom and a queen and a double in each of the 2 guest bedrooms. Both bathrooms offer single sink vanities. There is a walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a tub shower combo in the other bathroom. 307 has a Washer/Dryer. Central heat and air conditioning and ceiling fans. The Hamilton House Resort amenities include Gulf Front swimming pool, sundeck, Charcoal grill, free parking, interior elevator system, stairs, pool restrooms and outdoor shower. Very nice and big apartment. Everything is clean. Bad and towel was fresh. Have a lot of things for kids palming at the beach. One thing they have just 3 beach chair.

We’ve stayed in this unit before and love it! It’s bright, clean and in good shape. When we go to the beach we like beach decor and that’s what we get here. This unit provides beach towels and some beach chairs/umbrellas/toys although the chairs were in need of replacing. Plenty of restaurants are within walking distance! Keyless entry is great! Only wish check in/out was remote so we don’t have to make an extra stop at the Ssnd Dollar.

We stayed at The Hamilton House (307). It was very nice. Short walk to beach and walking distance to great restaurants. I’d have to say everything was perfect at this condo except the beach chairs and umbrellas. We bought umbrellas and left them.

The only inconvenience is as having to drive to Indian Shores to pick up our keys and check in. Other than that, this condo was an absolute dream!! It is as so spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location was perfect.
Hope to stay again soon!!

The property was very nice, reflecting photos accurately. Only issue was not getting directions from the property manager regarding how to get keys for the unit. Had to make numerous phone calls to get the information and then drive 30 minutes away to pick them up.

This property is in a great area with a beautiful view, spacious living & sleeping areas, well stocked kitchen, well maintained pool area & easy access to the beach with plenty of beach equipment. Annette was very helpful if we had questions. Close to some very good restaurants (Keegan’s Seafood Grill & TJ’s Italian Cafe both right across the street). We had visitors the each week for the first 2 weeks (2 adults 2 small children) and had ample space for everyone. Would definitely consider this property again☺️.

We have stayed in this unit for multiple years. Our family enjoys the space this three bedroom unit provides. Only issue is that the Air Conditioning has been out of service for a portion of our stay for the last three years. JC Resort Management has provided excellent customer service in the repair of the AC, although we were without the AC for two weeks this year waiting for parts.The unit could use some upgrades. The patio furniture is dated and some chairs not suitable for adults. The TV is very small in the living room, would appreciate an upgrade to the entertainment area for TV viewing.

The location was great it’s within walking distance to great restaurants and it’s on the beach. The balcony was a wonderful place to enjoy the view except for the 2 days we couldn’t use it due to unscheduled maintenance. The management company did give us a small refund for one day when we mentioned it to them when we checked out. Overall we would highly recommend staying here.

Good proximity to the pool and beach.Definitely would consider visiting this property again.Thanks to Holly and her team for rescuing us from a disappointing situation with a different rental company and providing s this wonderful vacation property. Manager and staff always very friendly and provided exceptional customer service.Would definitely recommend this property to a friend or relative. Lots of restaurants, shops, bike and SUP rentals close by.We enjoyed Guppy's on the Beach restaurant, Sandy's Restaurant and Chicago Jaxq's (across the road). Miniature Golf in Indian Shores fairly close.

The property was great and the stay was overall very good. My main complaint is that it was inconvenient to pick up and drop off keys at the property manager's office. Also we had to buy dish soap and paper towels which normally are provided at most rentals. Having said that I would choose to stay there again. It was a beautiful rental and location

We had a wonderful week. The condo was big enough for all of us. We had 4 adults and 2 teenage boys. There was plenty of room for us to spread out. Love being able to walk to get ice cream and the pizza place across the street was great. The week there was just what our family needed. The elevator was not working on the day we got there but after one call someone came to fix it and no more problems. Can't wait to go back next week to room 307.

We had 8 people- 2 families- and had plenty of room! Unit was clean and spacious. The only drawback was the water pressure in the smaller bathroom was very low, better in the master, but still on the low side. We would definitely recommend the unit to anyone!

Also, the landscaping needs trimmed back, the path is getting very narrow. 2) The footwash at the beach needs some work, the sand just collects in the middle of the deck. perhaps sloping the deck and providing more space in the boards would help wash away the sand.

We had an absolutely excellent stay at this location! Everything in the condo was perfect for our family of 6 - 2 teenagers and 2 littles plus us. There was plenty of space and everything was nice and clean. All of the necessities were present as well as some fun extras we weren't expecting but were so happy to have - beach towels and chairs, canopy, toys, etc. The front desk staff were SO nice and accommodating at check in and check out and even when we had some things that needed to be remedied they were on it immediately. And you can't beat the location - you walk out onto sand. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and bars that could accommodate family activities as well as adult time. We would definitely stay here again anytime.

Unit 307 was a very nice sized three bedroom two bath condo. It has some nice features but could use some updating as far as the decoration. It seems to still be stuck in the 1990s. The grounds of the condo complex could also use some updating. Most notably the walkway to the beach and the elevator which is quite old

This is a lovely home, however, Our biggest issue was the very hard beds. Not 1 of us slept very well for the 2 weeks we were there. Lots of backaches!
Also, the elevator was continually breaking down. Not great as I was traveling with my 82 year old father who has trouble walking) and 1 day the water was turned off ( not a big deal for us - just inconvenient. Also, the pool is quite small, so it was packed whenever we tried to go. Therefore we never got a pool day.
This was an expensive unit with the least amount of amenities. Probably will not return
