TOTALLY NO-CONTACT CHECK IN The front entry gives way to open air concept that embraces family & friends to experience food, relaxation and seaside atmosphere. The main room has comfortable seating for all, flatscreen TV and ceiling fan. Kitchen features a professional chef's stove, microwave, coffee maker, breakfast/prep counter. Two guest rooms: one twin bed and one full bed; both include flatscreen TVs. The master suite has a walk out sliding door, skylight, queen bed, flat screen TV, casual sitting area. The compact bath features a stand up shower, vanity, amenities and washer & dryer. Our guests will have the whole house and yard to themselves, with no shared spaces or entrances. Driveway parking for two vehicles or more motorcycles. Front yard is fenced in and the side/back yard is surrounded in privacy fencing and has a gazebo and outdoor shower. My friends and family go to the Newport Folk Festival every year and have been struggling to find a place that's close enough, affordable, and accommodating and this property exceeded our expectations! Fantastic location, beautiful house that was really well kept, and the owners were super responsive and helpful. We'll definitely be returning!

The house is so charming, extremely clean and Wayne and Sherry have thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable. It’s a quick ride to Newport but nice to be back in Portsmouth which is much more chill and very beautiful! Thank you!!

Had a wonderful stay, all that was listed in the description was accurate. The location is perfect, only minutes to walk to the beach, minutes drive from Newport. Also, spent time exploring the towns of Middletown and Bristol, both lovely. Wane was most accommodating. He and his wife Sherry take great pride in their property.

We loved staying at Wayne's house. Everything was set up perfectly for us. I can't recommend staying at this house enough! The house was clean, the garden was gorgeous and communication with Wayne was such a easy process. All the guests agreed that this was the best house they have ever stayed in. We hope to be back next year!

The pictures don’t do Wayne’s bungalow justice! Super clean, modern, adorable bungalow a 2 minute walk to the beach. Stayed here with my husband and 2 year old for a few nights and loved the fact that it was so close to the beach yet had great privacy and was very quiet. Bonus points for an amazing outdoor shower! AC worked well and cooled the house even as temps were in the 90s when we were there. We loved getting ice cream at Schultzy’s down the street and lobster rolls at Flo’s - all walking distance! Wayne was a great host - always available but not intruding. His helpful welcome binder included great area recommendations which was very appreciated. Would definitely recommend for other small families.

I booked this house for my older brother and 2 cousins for my wedding weekend. They were barely in the house but apparently the owner says they left it messy. They enjoyed the house and location however there is a 10am check out and he seems to have high expectations for guests to clean up immaculately on their vacation, early in the morning.

We were in town for the weekend because my son goes to Roger Williams. The place was perfect, and only a short distance from campus. Wayne and Sherry were very responsive to any questions we had and made the check in and out process simple. I’d highly recommend staying at the bungalow! It was confortable and had all the amenities we needed.

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this bungalow. The home was very clean and the owners were so nice and welcoming. We were greeted and showed the property by Wayne and he was very friendly and shared with us some highlights of the area. The home is a very quick walk to the beach (it’s at the end of the street!) and our daughter loved playing in the sand and collecting rocks and shells. The property is a quick drive to Newport and Middletown and we found the location to be great. The backyard patio was relaxing, with beautiful landscaping and flowers. We’ll definitely be back!
