Located in a quiet cul de sac close to the heart of the city, this spacious new modern fully equipped apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.
Bedroom one has a king size pillow top bed with ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen size pillow top bed and second bathroom.
The apartment has full kitchen and laundry facilities, including oven, dishwasher, full compliment of pots n pans etc, Air-conditioning, gas log fire heating, flat screen TV, secure garage and Free unlimited Wi-Fi (connected to the NBN for high internet speed and performance)
Book Both 7 Frewville & 7A Frewville Apartments for the option of having 3 or 4 bedroom and bathrooms.
Minimum 2 night stay off peak.
Christmas - New year period minimum 4 night stay. Easter minimum 3 night stay.
Long weekends and special events minimum night stays apply.
Rate of $190 per night is for 2 guests using 1 king bed and 1 bathroom.
Extra guests $30 per person per night. (extra guests will be accommodated in second queen bedroom)
During peak times maximum rate applies, no discounts available.
A $200 pre authorised bond is required before check-in. This is in the event of any accidental damages or breakages, extra cleaning fees, late check-out or extra guests. This can be by either cash or a valid credit card guarantee. The money will only be accessed in case of the above events occurring.

The property was exactly as is listed - spotless and gorgeous! We had two little ones (1 and 4 yr old) and it was ample room for all of us. The beds were comfy, the showers luxurious, and the kitchen was fantastic to still do some cooking and not eat out all the time. Close in proximity to the heart of Mt Gambier and its attractions, and a good central location to go to places like Robe, Millicent, Coonawarra, Penola and Naracoorte. A fantastic family getaway property!!
