It was so cute and quaint and in a convenient location for the ocean and cliff walk. It was a little far from the pier if you are walking. Driving was quick, but parking down there is tough. I really loved the aesthetic and it was very comfortable .
The staff was a bit snooty. Check in is supposed to be at 4. I called morning of and asked if we could get on at 3. She was pretty unhelpful, and as it was I think they cleaned our room last, because it wasn’t even ready until 4:15. Then the next morning they were at our out door to clean at 11:00 sharp. I just kept thinking—why couldn’t they have cleaned our room first or even 3rd on the day we asked to get in 1 hour early? The check in lady gave off an attitude of “oh well…”. The room was like $700 and we had it for 17 hours. I think for that much money they could be nicer and a tad bit more accommodating.

The sheets were amazing
The climb up to the 3rd floor Also the co tells to the raindrop shower were hard to reach A less athletic person might have difficulty climbing in and out of the tub

Great location
Disappointed that in room coffee wasn’t available. The breakfast was ok but not a nice full breakfast. Expected more based on the price we paid
