Great amenities and even better location. This was our second time staying at this property and it was just as great as the first time. Great location! Quick and easy drive to heavenly village, restaurants, beaches and hikes. We were able to walk to Himmel Haus and ride our bikes from the condo down to Camp Richardson. The bed was comfy and the condo came with great amenities. John was very easy to get ahold of and was attentive to our needs. The only downside was having to leave. Will definitely rent this place again!

We stayed in this condo for over a week and enjoyed it very much! Our favorite thing about it was the location - we love to hike and got on the Power Line Trail almost every day of our stay. The hike up the street was tough, but doable. We also hiked down the street to a wide variety of restaurants. Going back up was tough, but again, doable. The condo had lots of space and was nicely furnished. We appreciated the covered carport parking. The king size bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this vacation home!

Great South Lake Tahoe Condo
We stayed in this condo for over a week and enjoyed it very much! Our favorite thing about it was the location - we love to hike and got on the Power Line Trail almost every day of our stay. The hike up the street was tough, but doable. We also hiked down the street to a wide variety of restaurants. Going back up was tough, but again, doable. The condo had lots of space and was nicely furnished. We appreciated the covered carport parking. The king size bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay and recommend this vacation home!

Perfect location
Very well appointed condo that had all amenities to make our stay very comfortable. Lots of goodies and kitchen supplies to make cooking a breeze! Beds were a bit firm for our taste but overall a very comfortable stay. Would stay here again if visiting Tahoe.

Amazing
This condo was just perfect.. the kids loved hanging out in the loft and playing games or going out on walks and exploring. It was so close to anything we could've needed or wanted. Definitely a place we would stay again.

Gem of South Tahoe
This rental was nothing short of wonderful. Our friends have been many times and said this was one of their favorite spots, both for ease and central location. Would highly recommend to anyone with 5-6 people in their party. The owner was extremely attentative, accommodating, and pleasure to rent from. We're already looking forward to our next stay at this property!

Nice condo
Nice, clean condo. Plenty of space. It had everything we needed for family of 4. Easy check in and had very good instructions. Easy and fast response from owner. Few things to be aware of. Since no a/c ( which is a norm there) our rooms were hot upon arrival ( we stayed in mid July). we opened windows as instructed but it took 2 days for temperature to cool down to 70s because it was hot during the day. Also be aware that unit is on 4 levels ( garage on the 1st, living room and kitchen on the 2nd, 2 bedrooms on 3rd and loft on 4th) so be prepared to walk up and down stairs and if needed carry luggage/groceries.

Highly recommend!
We had an awesome time here! The property has everything you could ever need for the kitchen, showering, etc. We had a problem with the shower head and within a few minutes John responded and kindly sent over the property manager to fix it for us. Walking distance to a trail, a few restaurants. There were also some Lime scooters around. Would definitely stay here again!

We did not have to use the heater but kept the windows and sliders open when we were at the property.
The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. We watched TV one night and enjoyed the Ruku. There are notes all over the property to help with the stay. Those came in handy because on the check out day we realized that we had to remove the bedding and start it in the washer. If I had not read that sheet, I would not have known that detail. All in all place was clean and seemed like a great place for a family.

Tahoe Mini Vacation
The Weber’s have a very nice and clean condo that was perfect for our little family getaway. The location is close to town and they keep just about everything you could think of needing stocked in the rental. My husband and I loved the stay and hope to stay again in the future!

Great condo
This is a great condo that's clean with lots of space. The owners have lots of little amenities throughout like plenty of hand sanitizer, toiletries, spices and condiments in the kitchen, etc. We love the location on Ski Run Blvd about a two minute drive to the Heavenly parking lot and it's an easy walk to lots of restaurants and down to the lake. Recommend Himmel Haus if you like German food and Yugen if you like Japanese. Easy communication with owners and an all around great place to stay.

Wonderful!
The condo was perfect for our needs! The kids (ages 5 and 9) loved the loft! The beds we comfy and clean. We didn’t do much cooking there, but the kitchen was well stocked. There were games and books as well. Communication with the host was excellent as well as with the property manager. We would highly recommend this condo!

Great location, close to a lot of stuff. Great loft space. Owner was a call a way, but let us enjoy our vacation. Bummed that jacuzzi’s were closed.

Close to ski lifts!
John was a super helpful host - responding to everything we asked about. Place looks just like the photos and well-equipped with everything we needed to cook meals. The pellet stove was fun to start up and kept things warm. Place is very close to California lift/parking lot for skiing. We had a great trip! Thank you!

great place close to Heavenly
Awesome location - close to restaurants, grocery stores, ski/board rental places, Heavenly, and a tubing place called Hansen's. There was a great German restaurant about 1 minute drive away-advise getting the pork shank. The owner is very easy to talk to and a pleasure to work with. There's a kids play room on the top level - great if you have children! 3 TVs. Can be cold in the morning, but the pellet stove is easy to work and heats up the place fast. There was tons of space in this place for my family of 4. Very well stocked with things a lot of other places didn't have - for instance sunblock, hair gel, lots of condiments in the fridge, there's a Keurig and coffee pods. I cut my forehead and there was a first aid kit. the place is 4 levels if you count the carport level, so keep that in mind if you have trouble with stairs. And also the carport was not tall enough for my Highlander + a Yakima on top, so keep that in mind as well.

Great condo near Heavenly
We stayed in the condo over Presidents Day weekend. Great location to Heavenly, although we drove to the Stagecoach chairlift one day as the ski lines at California lodge were long. The condo was great for our family of four - cozy and plenty of space. Kitchen was well/stocked. And nice having our vehicle under the carport as there was a lot of snow that we didn’t have to dig ourselves out of. The only thing I would recommend is for guests to bring slippers and lots of layers. The main living area and kitchen is COLD in the mornings before the stove is turned on. I think it was 50 degrees when we got up. Prob takes a good 30 mins for it to warm up and the floor never really does because its above the carport.

Perfect spot for our family
We traveled for a short weekend trip for the kids (2 and 4.5) to play in the snow. It was a perfect location with an awesome sledding hill behind the condo. Kids shared the double bed, but if you needed to separate your kids the loft had a bed which was great. Will definitely check here again!

Better Than Expected - Awesome Host and Place!
Our family stayed over the holiday break and the place was perfect! John is a great, responsive host with plenty of recommendations for whatever you want to do. The unit itself is perfectly located with parking underneath that allows you to enter directly into the unit without coming into contact with others. Once inside, it's warm and cozy with plenty to keep our group of all ages occupied. The kitchen is well supplied with everything you need to make dinner. The beds were comfy and the loft was much bigger than expected (my 11 year old loved it and we had a hard time getting him out of it :) We skiied at Heavenly and it was a quick drive to the parking lot. We could also have walked there in about 15 minutes through the snow. The clubhouse was open and we played ping pong and chess there undisturbed by any other visitors. Plus, there is a hillside area in back that is perfect for sledding and snowball fights. Food deliveries were also quick and easy. All in all, a perfect spot. Book it!

Home away from home
From the reservation through the check-out, the whole process was easy, smooth, and pleasant. The property is located at the heart of the city it seems, close to both the mountain (ski resort) and the lake; the view from the main street is excellent. The house is well-maintained and clean (there were also sanitizers throughout the house); tri-level provides ample space; beds were comfortable; heaters throughout; basic supplies (toilet papers, linens, towels, shampoo); full kitchen appliances (you do not really need to bring anything other than 'food'). It is like a home away from home; great first-time Lake Tahoe experience. The host was very accommodating and caring - allowing us to stay longer until the snow is removed and it was safe for us to exit. *We had a car trouble due to the snow; so definitely need a 4WH-drive or snow chain if you plan on coming here during the snowing days (this property is on the slope).

Great clean place with plenty of space for the family to spread out. A few steps from the clubhouse with many family activities including the pool and spa. Can't wait to go back.
