Located in Manistee, this charming condo for $143 per night is a great option for your next trip. Harbor Village Update: The indoor pool, hot tub and fitness area are open and available for guest use. The outdoor pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. Guests are required to review and adhere to the facility rules posted on-site. -------------------------------- First Floor Studio Condo: Property ID#301163 - 1 Bedroom, 1 Bathroom, Sleeps 4. Sleeping Arrangements: Queen dual-sided Sleep Number; Full Sleeper Sofa This first-floor studio condo is perfect for your next weekend stay! It is ideally located near the center of this great condo community, adjacent to the indoor pool and fitness center and outdoor pool. The rental is pet-friendly! Feel free to bring your furry friend. We simply ask that you include your pet when booking. There is an additional $15/night pet fee which will be added to the stay. AMENITIES INCLUDE: air conditioning, gas fireplace, water views, easy access. WIFI and Smart TV included (Note: Condo does not have cable) The kitchen is fully stocked for everyday meal prep. Dishes, pots and pans, silverware, glass, etc. dishwasher, and a drip coffee maker is available for guest use. Additional kitchen items include microwave and toaster. Also included: bed linens, fans, bath towels, basic cleaning supplies, and soaps (not personal soaps), and a starter set of paper products. LOCATION: Harbor Village is on the shores of Lake Michigan's sugar sandy beaches with beautifully landscaped grounds, a deep-water marina with slips for rent, community fishing dock, indoor and outdoor pool and spa, fitness center, and a gated playground for the children to enjoy. Plus, it's just minutes to historic downtown Manistee, The Riverwalk, world-class golf and fishing, public parks and nature trails. The ideal place for family vacations, weekend getaways or the avid boater or fisherman! The Boardwalk Vacation Rentals Promise: To our guests, we promise a memorable and stress-free vacation. To deliver on this promise, we are committed to providing: - Well-appointed and maintained rental properties - Attentive responses to inquiries - Exceptionally detailed cleaning - Clear and proactive communication at appropriate intervals - Properly stocked amenities - Access to resources for enhancing the vacation experience If we come up short with any of these, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly and we will make it right. Check in time is after 4:00PM and check out time is before 10:00AM. Please note that we are not able to accommodate early arrivals or late departures from May – September. Any request for additional time will depend on availability of the rental and an additional fee may be added to the stay. ARRIVAL: There is no formal check-in procedure. Arrival details are sent prior to your check-in date and will include the exact location of the property, parking and entry information. Guests will have a private, secure entrance and the rental is not shared by owners or other guests. DEPARTURE: We do have a very short checklist we ask renters follow upon departure. It includes making sure the property is left tidy, furniture is in the same place you found it, everything is closed, locked and turned off, and the thermostat is set properly. These items will only take a couple of minutes but help staff immensely. Please know that all rental policies and house rules are strictly enforced. This includes occupancy limits, age requirements, the ‘no parties’ and ‘no smoking’ clauses or any other rule posted online or within the rental. These are often defined by local ordinances, Homeowner’s Associations or other legal requirements and can result in fines or eviction if violated. We do not provide additional refunds for cancellations, late arrivals or early departures except as required in the posted cancellation policy. Condo was just as advertised. We had a hard time finding it though. Sure loved the neighborhood and the view. Bathroom sink very difficult to shut off. Thanks.

We had a great time staying here. We stayed for 4 nights but extended to 5 because we were having so much fun. The location is PERFECT. There is plenty of counter space and the kitchen is well equipped. The bed was pretty comfy, we had no trouble sleeping. I loved having the vacuum handy which made it easier to pickup all the sand that we inevitably tracked in.
It was pretty chilly and rainy for a couple of our days so we dried our stuff by the fireplace and had a cozy evening. They even had a few puzzles for us so we weren't bored. And fun coffee pods, which were very welcomed on the cool mornings!
Our 2 year old golden retriever LOVES swimming and water. This property is steps away from Man Made lake which was perfect. Lake Michigan had a strong undertow and high waves so we kept her safe in the little lake and she had a blast. Afterwards, we would walk her around the neighborhood to dry off. Everyone was friendly and happy to meet her. It was nice to have the grass area right outside and close to the trash so we could throw her droppings away easily ;)
Only thing I'd recommend is bringing an extra bath towel for yourself because we only got 2 for 4 nights. (Of course we brought 3 dog towels and 5 beach towels for our beach vacation so it wasn't a huge deal).

Our stay at Harbor Point was fabulous! This studio was small but efficiently set up. The kitchen was functional and fully stocked. The murphy bed was actually comfortable (and we both have back issues). The location was extremely convenient. From dishwaher detergent to cleaning supplies, this condo had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive when we had questions. We will be back!

Called Spectrum fir TV assistance as listed in the renter’s manual you emailed for the property and the customer service agent told us the property recently discontinued Spectrum cable service but still provided internet! Agent was kind enough to walk us through using the Roku service provided! This was a vacation trip for my 85 year old Dad who is a simple man who enjoys watching local news and Tiger baseball games!! Unfortunately there was not the option without cable! So we found the game using his phone so he could at least listen to the game! Crisis over !

This little studio met all of our needs! I stayed with my friend and my small dog, and it was the perfect home base for our weekend adventures. The studio was just a 5-minute walk from the beach and a less than 5-minute drive to downtown Manistee. We enjoyed using the indoor and outdoor hot tubs, and the digital guidebook provided helped us decide what to do during our stay (we recommend going to Arcadia for hiking!). The bed was extremely firm (and I prefer firm mattresses), so we would recommend bringing a memory foam pad or something else to make it a bit more comfortable, but everything else was great! Definitely recommend for a short stay like ours.

There were a couple items that need improvement, the sliding glass door was extremely hard to open and close it would stick and literally take every bit of muscle to close it which we were worried because every time we got stuck with the sliding glass door we were concerned about our dogs getting out. And the pull out bed and the regular bed very uncomfortable so we did not get the rest we needed to really enjoy The rest of our vacation. They pull out bad when you laid on it you could feel every mechanism underneath that little mattress so we went to Myers to buy a mattress pad for the bed so we could at least get one night of good sleep. But being so tired the next morning we really didn’t have a lot of motivation to do the things we wanted to do while we were there so we missed out on a few things. But All around it was nice to get away we love Manistee and had been going there for many years prior to my career in real estate which doesn’t allow me a lot of free time. We will come back but we will probably upgrade to a condo with two regular beds
