Location, price, warm and comfortable
Communication with host and Booking.com felt quite confrontational at times. I wasn’t happy about going against advice to not share photo ID outside Booking. Com platform but was told I had no choice.
The en-suite shower room shower head plate was missing, there was no guest handbook with essential information

Great location.
Large modern apartment.
Clean.
Deposit was quickly refunded.
Some staff are lovely and lots of communication.
A lot of rules and regulations, make sure to read before you book.
Large deposit required, although it’s in the small print, it’s easy to miss, it’s also paid into an unverified bank account that failed security checks.
Key collection is at another location.
Beds were very uncomfortable.
1 shower didn’t work.
Some staff weren’t particularly nice and ignored messages.
The rules were so arbitrary that I felt compelled to video evidence everything when I arrived, highlighting damage etc, and on departure.

near the train station, cardiff castle and the center.
multiple parking are available walking distance from the flat.
located in the ground floor.
2 toilet, 1 with shower and the other with bath tub.
with white goods and basic utensils.
VERY SPACIOUS!!!
Requiring all ID copies of all guest to be sent through whatsapp before sending the exact address and check in instructions.
There were too much information given for the check in instructions that key codes and wifi passwords have 2 different information. it should be in one pdf file or text and should be updated for every guest.

Location. Layout and style of apartment.
Bathroom fan broken and tiles and ceiling affected by no ventilation. Parking so expensive. It was difficult to get to spar to pick up keys.
