ambiente largo, pulito, ben servito anche se qualche contenitore in più sarebbe stato gradito ( tipo per fare insalatone); presenti molte apparecchiature. Quartiere tranquillo , vicini ad un supermercato non lontano dalle fermate dei bus e comunque dal lungomare di Belem
Non è un vero problema, ma la stanza unica cucina e camera fa si che il frigorifero possa disturbare di notte.

La pulizia, appartamento ampio e comodo per una coppia
Bagno poco illuminato, snack di cortesia previsto dall'annuncio ma non ricevuto, ed in particolare l'indisponibilità del garage ( esistente ma non consegnato né il telecomando né le relative chiavi) elemento essenziale per chi ha una macchina a noleggio.

Great location. Quiet residential neighbourhood. Close to a great laundromat and grocery store as well as local restaurants, and transport. Walkable, beautiful area. The apartment is in a modern building. It’s spacious and has an extraordinary amount of storage space.
The most disturbing for me was the condition of the bed linens. They had been laundered (you could smell detergent on them) but they bore sweat stains all along the edges, the duvet cover was worn from use, the mattress sagged, the pillows were hard and uncomfortable. The dishes (plates and bowls) were cheap plastic. There wasn’t a proper pair of scissors to be able to do basic things like cut open a food package when needed. The refrigerator was not cold enough, no matter how much I tried to adjust the settings. It was encased in a cupboard and I think the door was not shutting tight enough to allow it to cool properly. The bathroom had silverfish, the tub was difficult to get in and out of, the hot water was set at a very high temperature so that I almost scalded myself the first few times, until I got used to it.
