Great place to stay.

The apartment is clean, well equipped and in a fantastic location overlooking the pool. The pool area was never too busy, with a nice snack bar. There's tonnes to do right on the doorstep of this apartment, yet it's peaceful from the balcony in the evening. Overall this was a hassle free and enjoyable experience and we will happily book here again.

We stayed in August and it was a bit stuffy at night, but there were plenty of fans and we managed fine.

Fantastic apartment in a perfect location, close to all the restaurants and bars.

Modern private 2 bed apartment, well maintained and spacious living areas. Very comfortable beds and pool view and helpful hosts. It was very peaceful and has a view of the ocean, would 100% go again.

The bedrooms would benefit from ceiling fans although floor fans were provided.

The apartment had most things readily available with a newer feel and most amenities you would need. The use of appliances

The metal chairs on the balcony were to warm to use unless you covered them and were also not comfortable, the heat in both rooms needs to be addressed the fans being used require upgrading, no draining board for drying plates.and cutlery

Would return to the same apartment without hesitation.

Excellent location. Close to all amenities. 2 min walk to seafront. Apartment overlooking the pool area.

How some visitors did not respect the fact that this complex is mainly residential and ignored the request to be quite while travelling through the internal corridors/garden areas, especially during the night. The sound amplifiers due to the design.

overall a good place to stay.

the large balcony and a good shower, provided towels. access to Netflix and other streaming services. provided Wi-Fi.

the AC machine was terrible upstairs and the rooms got suffocatingly warm at night, and there was only a fan downstairs. very loud neighbors on the first night.

Apartment & pool exceptional but state of the complex and noise issues were a major disappointment.

We would like to thank Carmen for being so helpful when we contacted her. Beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and well equipped , beds very comfortable too. Pool area fantastic for our group - quiet and safe and not too crowded.

We were shocked to not have been warned about the major health & safety issues ( noise, trip hazards & equipment ) caused by the tiling work being done in the complex which we had to navigate the morning we arrived with lots of cases, two small children and a buggy as we actually rented another property in this complex as well for a week . Then the noise began before 8 a.m each weekday morning so we had to leave and spend many hours out and about. As so much of the complex was being redone there was no escape from the hammering, tile cutting and dust. On the day we left we could not access the front of the building as the builders wouldn’t let us through so we had to go a long way round with 3 cases each - very difficult but luckily a gentleman and his young son helped us. Also on many nights the late night / early morning noise from nearby bars or other guests arriving singing and shouting along the landings disturbed the sleep of several in our party . The absence of a 24 hour staffed reception was a big disadvantage we thought and wouldn’t stay again for that and all the reasons above .

We had a brilliant time

It was a very well kept and modern apartment with a good kitchen and large balcony. The owner/staff were very helpful and quick to respond when we had questions/requests such as asking for extra pillows. There is an on site supermarket and plenty of bars and restaurants close by as well as being a couple of hundred metres from the promenade. Residents have access to a lovely pool (toilet facilities there), there is a charge however if you want a sun bed. Sunbeds we’re €3.50 a day, €1.50 if you want a cushion on the bed and another €1.50 if you want a parasol. The beaches immediately next to the apartment are stone beaches and you will need to walk 5/10mins in either direction on the promenade to find a sandy beach.

The proximity of the apartment to restaurants/bars is great but please note it can be noisy at night if you need to leave the windows open (no aircon)

Lovely refurbished apartment in a very good location

it was well equipped and comfortable. The balcony overlooked the pool. It was located near the sea, bars and restaurants

Beautiful & modern apartment

The apartment was very modern and clean. It was well stocked with kitchen equipment and lovely fresh bedding and towels. It was in a great location, the sun was on the balcony most of the day. The pool area was spacious and spotless.The host Carmen was very friendly and accommodating as was yannick who checked us in. Our return flight wasn't until early evening and as no one was checking in that day Carmen allowed us to stay until we needed to leave. I would 100% recommend this apartment and would also stay here again myself. 😍😀

It was hot, nice but specially the pool policy an missing A/C was subject to not being comfortable

It is a very nice and mordernized apartment over two floors with a huge kitchen & livingroom ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs. Everything was clean and you will find everything what is necessary.

Three major things: 1. due to the fact that the windows upstairs are VERY small an A/C should be installed as you have no chance to get the heat out in the evening 2. the parque itself is not very nice or lets say in a great condition. Everything is locked behind doors, All ways and tracks outside the apartment look like "under construction" - you should consider to give out two pairs of key because if one goes for shopping the other one cannot go to the pool etc 3. the pool itself (also locked) but mainly the pool policy of this complex is very inappropreate. You pay extra fees for almost anything and this has not been displayed anywhere when you book the apartment

Family holiday

Apartment clean and everything you need available. Check in was easy with someone waiting for us when we arrived.Great location walking distance to shops, bars and beach

Too many rules by the pool (not teenager friendly)with no entertainment of any kind. 6 of us so €5 per person per day for sunbeds too expensive. No food or drinks after 6.
