About this house rental
Nestled in East Falmouth, this charming house for $318 per night is a great choice for your next break. High beamed ceilings with upstairs bedroom loft overlooking the pond. Two additional bedrooms are on the first level. The lower level has an oversized family room which has two twin sleep sofas for a total sleeping capacity of 8 people. There are two full bathrooms, one on the first floor and in the lower level, one with a bathtub, one with a shower. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room and kitchen overlook the beach in your back yard. The downstairs has a walk-out slider which brings you to the lower wooden deck and outdoor shower. There are lots of windows throughout the house which provide plenty of sunshine. The oversized family room in the lower level is equipped with a flat screen TV, a large full bathroom/laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer, as well as a private sitting area in the back. Please note that the backyard beach is one of many around the neighborhood and is part of a small association and open to neighborhood residents only. The upper deck wraps around both sides of the house with lots of room to enjoy an outdoor BBQ. Come back from a day at the ocean and jump in the pond or take a warm outdoor shower. Walk up the street and enjoy the association beach. Fall and winter getaways are a must with the addition of a new gas stove fireplace.

Our family gathered here for Christmas this year, and had a fantastic time. Such a beautiful location and large flexible space to bring us all together for a very special holiday weekend. Very clean and well appointed, complete with a cozy gas fireplace and amazing views of ducks and foggy mornings on the lake. The host even put up decorations for us! 🎄Wonderful spot.

We stayed off season, end of September. We weren't able to take advantage of the pond, kayaks, paddle boards or the deck, hammock or swings - given the cool, rainy weather.
None of that distracted from our enjoyment of this comfortable home at a beautiful location.
We're knitters and readers and would have loved great lake views with lighting and side tables to indulge our pastimes.
Lisa raised the bar for effective, proactive communications and the stay was great - reservation through check out.
Agree, the mattress could be better (bedroom across from the bath).
Would welcome the opportunity to stay again.

We stayed at Lisa’s home for a family reunion. It was perfect for that! The rest of our family was next door in Lisa’s other home. Lisa was very accommodating she even offered to let us come early to avoid traveling in a hurricane! After canoeing around the pond we decided this home is the best one! The floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pond are just spectacular and we didn’t see any other houses like that!

We all love staying on a pond. We swam, used the kayaks and paddle boards, and enjoyed all those fun experiences. They are in good shape and easy enough to bring to the pond. The house was clean. For us, the best features are the living room and deck where you can sit and see the gorgeous pond. The view is fantastic. The beds were not good for us. They are short and small for a couple to sleep well together. I ended up sleeping on the floor with a mattress from a fold-up bed. So, our sleep was not the best. This is the only drawback of this gorgeous property in a prime location.

This cottage on Jenkins Pond is beautiful! It was so clean and spacious! My daughters and I enjoyed every nook and cranny on the property, so many spaces to relax. The pond was so clean and refreshing. Lisa was a great host, she was a text away if we needed anything. We had a great time and made some new memories! We would definitely go back to this spot!

I came here with my husband, 2 kids and my mom. The home is beautiful and the lake made is so nice for us to relax and hang out. The water was perfect! The neighborhood is beautiful and secluded while being close to everything you need. Plenty of room for everyone to stay! We we’re very sad to leave!!!

I can’t say enough about the great experience we had at this property! Lisa went far above our expectations helping us with check in time as we were traveling with two little ones from a long distance. The location is beautiful, and the property was perfect for our family. We definitely hope to stay here again.

Lisa’s place worked well for us on an October weekend. It was chilly outside but cozy inside with a beautiful view of the pond.

The proximity right down the hill and views of the pond were wonderful. We really enjoyed the kayaks and paddleboards the host made available, and the sandy beach was perfect for our toddler to splash around in. Lisa was great at communicating with us and check-in was easy. The kitchen was stocked for cooking. The lack of AC was rough on a few hot and humid nights though, and the beds were not very comfortable. Other than that we had a great time.

Beautiful House on The Cape
We found a treasure! This house is beautiful, clean and well appointed with everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay. We booked for 6 adults who were accommodated comfortably. Whether you intend to stay in and enjoy the spectacular views of the pond, trees, birds and chipmunks, maybe play a board game, take a walk around the neighborhood or head into town for plenty of yummy dining options and lots of shopping…this is the house to stay at! Lisa was a wonderful host who answered all my questions in an impressively quick manner. She was helpful, kind and really made us feel at home. We had the best time!

June stay for our daughters wedding
We only stayed for 3 nights to attend our daughter’s wedding. The house was super clean and comfortable. It overlooked a beautiful pond and had a great deck for relaxing. Would love to go back and spend more time. Definitely recommend.

4 Moms in need of a getaway!
Had a lovely weekend relaxing at this adorable Falmouth home. We had everything we needed (kitchen items; linens etc)! Short ride to Falmouth Center - but honestly spent most of our weekend at the house on the couches chatting, drinking wine and looking at the great view! Host was great- Friendly, easy to reach and communicate w ahead of time. Great experience!

Super clean, comfortable and contained everything we needed in an organized and welcoming environment ... even a welcoming bottle of wine from the hosts to kick off the celebration!!
