About this condo rental
Nestled in Daytona Beach Shores, this lovely condo for $302 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. *Message before booking The area was hit by 2 hurricanes last fall. Pool area suffered some damage. We still have direct beach access. Pool area is scheduled to re open end of end of April. *message updated April 1st will be removed when pool area is open* ** All Rentals are Saturday-Saturday ** any questions feel free to message to avoid issues. Some weeks might be considered Please ask thanks. ( book now bookings will be edited Saturday to Saturday and contract term’s applied) **December 2021 New KitchenAid appliances, paint, all remaining carpet removed. Pictures not updated yet Daytona Beach Shores at its BEST the SANIBEL CONDO offers the best location on the beach. The No Drive beach on one side, less stressful for families with children. *One of the newest condos on the beach completed 2007-08 with a Gym fitness room and club room just renovated which includes a pool table and place to hang out. **We are Smoke and Pet free** This amazing OCEAN FRONT condo over looks " The World Famous Beach " located next to the " Traffic Free " no driving area in the residential area of Daytona Beach Shores just north of Ponce Inlet and east of Port Orange. The area features everything from high end dinning, golfing, and shopping. If you're like me and love the sound of a well tuned engine " Ferrari World Finals, Rolex 24hr, Daytona 500, Coke 400 " or the roar of a Harley " The Worlds Largest Bike Week " or just dig your toes in the soft beach sand and go for a walk in search of the perfect shell, driftwood or hunt for missing treasure "Metal Detector available for are guests". Relax in your Master suite featuring floor to ceiling glass sliding doors that steps out to a private balcony overlooking the ocean with a million dollar view, king size pillow top mattress with dresser and end tables, relax in his and her chairs with your book or magazine while looking at the reclaimed wood pirate chest, or cozy up in bed and watch a movie or catch up favourite TV show with a 65 inch wall mounted LG led Smart 4K TV Large master ensuite washroom features jetted soaker tub for two, his and her sinks with granite counter top and make up mirror, hair dryer, walk in spa like shower with rain shower head, walk in closet Second Master suite features king size pillow top mattress, dresser, his and her end tables with "USB charging ports", walk in closet, 43 in LG led TV connected to cable box, 3 piece bathroom with granite counter top. Third bathroom in between third and forth bedroom features granite counter top, hair dryer Kitchen features drip style coffee maker(washable filter), microwave, double oven with cook top, dishwasher, side by side fridge with ice and water, granite counter with 2 bar stools overlooking dinning area with a reclaimed dark wood table seats 6 ( 4 chairs, 2 open back stools) counter height, Modern light with vintage bulbs and dimmer Main family room features floor to ceiling double glass sliding doors that step out to private 2nd floor balcony that overlooks pool and hot tub area as well as ocean, cozy up on the large brown leather couch and turn on the wall mounted 75 inch LG nano led Smart 4k TV with built in surround sound connected to a cable box and enjoy your favourite shows or cozy up on the 4 chairs overlooking the beach Patio has seating for 4 with oversized Muskoka chairs and 2 bar height chairs and watch the dolphins The Laundry room features a full size washer and dryer, laundry sink and is located off the main hallway. We have a Storage locker located on the elevator hallway full of everything you need for a week of beach fun. Beach buggy to carry everything down that flips into a table, chairs, water guns, shovels and beach toys, pool noodles, metal detector If you have stayed in the Sanibel condo building before you will love this unit recently re furnished and painted " over $30,000 spent shows like a model home" Family friendly 2nd floor over looking the pool and hot tub area. Last condo right next door to the " No Traffic " beach area. Assigned Underground parking with opener provided with parking pass, available overflow parking upstairs(MAX 2 cars per unit). Exercise room and pool table available on main floor in the Club room with outdoor cooking grills. After renting in the building 8 times we decided to buy our own unit. Once you visit you will fall in love and make it a yearly tradition like my family and friends do Over flow and trailer parking is available at a storage unit safe and permitted (at additional cost) Save the stress we have taken care of everything

The owner is very responsive and kind. The view and location are amazing. Bedding was comfy. Everything you need is there. Once you figure out the garage/elevator system its easy to get in and out. Property feels very safe, location is great and tenants are super friendly. Very well maintained. The pool area was damaged by last years storm but well under way of being repaired. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location! We had a really great time, even though the building had damage to the pool and hot tub area making it unusable. The beach was great, and the area had fun things to go do! Hoping to have the chance to stay again and have the pool and hot tub to enjoy!

It was an amazing experience Dennis was great from check in to check out, we where very sad that the hurricane took out the pool but we still enjoyed the beach. The place is so clean and now that we are home we miss the waves crashing in the am!

This property was just like the pictures ! It’s so spacious and fit 8 people just fine, it has a nice open layout with a huge sectional! The beds was so comfy, every condo I’ve stayed in doesn’t compare ! They even have extra beach towels for you to use which was a plus ! I’ll definitely be staying in this condo again!

Thanks for a great vacation! From the easy access to the beach to the spacious and clean condo filled with a great variety of necessities, vacation could not have been any better. The balcony view was awesome! Everything within the condo worked and was in great condition. Also liked the security features on the property which kept non-residents from using and destroying the available amenities. Thanks again for providing a great stay. We’ll be back!!

Everything was fantastic with the property. Clean, well stocked, close to the beach. We loved it! My only knock would be that while renters get two spaces, only one space is reserved and the other is first come first serve. Definitely appreciate the owner’s attempt to help us coordinate parking during the busy week we visited.

We loved the condo. It was great having 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We really enjoyed the space. The washer and dryer was used every day. First time coming home from a week at the beach with no dirty clothes for anyone.

Condo was nice. Entry to the beach was closed due to construction most of the time so getting to the beach was more difficult carrying all of our chairs and other supplies.

Great Experience
As a three generation family of six this was a perfect location and condo. Grandpa had his own bedroom with his own bathroom as did my husband and I. My adult children had their own rooms as well. Beautiful views from the balcony and just steps to the sand.

Good, Bad and Ugly
The good: The condo building is in a great location and appears to be well taken care of; the layout of the condo unit is great (fourth bedroom modification).
The bad: The condition of the unit can best be described as well worn. The towels and bedding is what one expect in a two star hotel; fifteen year old carpets; most of the furniture needs to be replaced (caution when sitting on the sectional - you're going down); the appliances need to be replaced (the freezer was full of frost, the washing machine was very noisy). Three of the six lights above the master bathroom vanity did not light.
The ugly: The owner failed to disclose that the pool and spa would be closed during most of our stay (8 of 11 days). The owner quickly responded to emails; but, was all talk and no action. The unit needs a lot of attention. A fifteen year old rental condo that has been well used and is in need of a major upgrading.

Simply Amazing
The property was amazing. Everything from the process of booking the unit, to arrival and departure. It was my husband, 3 girls (13, 9 and 6) plus my parents and not once did we feel on top of each other. Plenty of seating space in the living room and dining room. The condo was beautifully decorated. The view was absolutely breathtaking. I would come for that alone. Anything you might need grocery store, restaurants, arcades, ice cream shops are all within 5 minutes of the condo. Thanks for sharing your amazing place with us. We will be back.

We absolutely loved staying here! Plenty of space for a large family. Having the pool and beach items already there was so helpful. The pictures do not do justice, the view is amazing! The only thing that I didn’t like is that you don’t get any cell service in most of the rooms. We will be booking this condo again.

Great Property & Location
Wonderful condo in a good location. The unit was as described and well appointed with anything you could need. The owners were pleasant and responded quickly to questions; they also provided additional helpful information on the area, including local restaurants and attractions. We would definitely return and recommend it to others.
