Drop your luggage and walk right out onto the enormous balcony and allow your senses to take in the direct ocean view; breathe in the air and immerse yourself in the sounds of the waves. Sit for a while on any of the 8 seats available there for you to relax in comfort. Walk back in and take a look at the spacious 2,200sqft fully furnished condo. The Master suite also has access to the balcony and hosts a King size bed, television and has a private bathroom complete with jetted tub, separate walk-in shower, walk-in closet, and 2 sinks. The kitchen has all you'll need, equipped with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishwasher, dual sink and all the utensils, dishes, glasses and cookware you might need. There is a washer and dryer available in the laundry room. There is a television in every room. The storage room by the elevator contains beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for your comfort and enjoyment at the beach.
Sanibel condominiums also has well-kept amenities for your use including: Exercise room, clubhouse with billiards, a kitchen, grills, and card tables, private beachfront pool, hot tub, and more. Sanibel is a privately owned condominium and is well-maintained, safe, and clean. The condominium is conveniently located near everything you'll need: restaurants, shopping, boardwalk, amusement parks, fishing pier, museums and water sports facilities.

If I could give this more than a 10, I would! Very clean. Comfortable beds. Great location. Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was well stocked. The deck furniture was comfortable. The pool and hot tub were wonderful. The hosts were VERY responsive to our questions.

What a fantastic condo!! We couldn’t have had a better vacation—excellent beach access and view, a great place to stay with every amenity anyone could ever want or need!! Thank you for being such a thoughtful host by providing all the information needed for an easy check-in and check-out process. Would love to return for another vacation!!

I made a list of things to make sure I included in the review so I didn’t miss anything while we were there. This stay was phenomenal. The condo was spacious and clean, the kitchen was fully stocked, and they had a convenient closet with everything you could need for a beach or pool day. The condo is literally steps from the beach, the beds were comfy, and the AC was nice and cold. The bedrooms were a great size, and all had walk in closets, perfect if you are traveling with a baby. There was a pack n play, additional box fans, plenty of pillows and towels. There was a huge stack of beach towels as well. Truly a phenomenal host. Lastly, we allowed to check in early, which we drove through the night from Maryland, so it was very convenient to be let in early. The garage also was great, so your car didn’t get scorching hot sitting in the Florida sun. Convenient location as well, right by dunlawton bridge, so easy drive right into port Orange. Perfect perfect perfect. Couldnt ask for a better stay or a more accommodating, well prepared host.
