Nestled in Mission Beach, this lovely cottage for $481 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. * Note - If this property is booked, or does not suite your needs, please see my other Mission Bay Luxury Rentals - VRBO #497367 and #379170 This 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath, bright and breezy cottage embodies all the best of being at the beach wrapped up in an elegant shabby-chic design. Every detail has been addressed to ensure a delightful stay. Open plan gourmet kitchen, quartz counter tops, stainless steel appliances. Two queen size bedrooms. The bunk room is custom built in cedar and has its own 40' TV for the kids. The beds are a particular treat with 600 thread count white linens, exquisite mattresses and down and feather duvets and pillows. The living/dinig area features a stone fireplace over which is a 50' flat screen TV with cable and complimentary YouTubeTV. There are ceiling fans in every room. The subway tiled bath room has the original refinished cast iron claw foot tub and custom antique vanity. Separate laundry room with full size washer / dryer and second restroom. Single garage (186 inches x 106 inches) LAST BUT NOT LEAST…….The front porch is the perfect place for morning coffees and afternoon cocktails :) ….. is decked and beautifully fenced with custom dimmer controlled lanterns. The cottage is located on the sunny side of the court (south facing) so the porch will always be sunny. Propane bbq and patio furniture. Within a stones throw there are the coolest cafes, coffee shops breakfast spots and restaurants. Olive Cafe, Better Buzz Coffee, And The Mission to name but a few within a hundred yards.

Molly's place is located in a incredible spot. Excellent owner communication, and a lovely place. The half bath requires you go outside - and is missing sink. This wouldn't have stopped us from booking but I think listing probably should just say one bath!

Quaint cottage in a great location, steps to the bay and a block to the ocean. No need to drive anywhere once you settle in. Lots of great resturants and coffee shops near by. Well appointed with and room for two couples and a couple of kids too. We would consider staying here agian.

My family and I had an amazing stay, such a cute little house and everything was walking distance. Lover how there were chairs and beach toys available for my littles to play with on the beach. Definitely will have to book again ij the feature!!!

We had the best experience! So easy to communicate with Molly. The beds/pillows were amazing…best sleep…I keep thinking about it. Haha. It was the best place for us to relax and rejuvenate! Our family of five had a wonderful stay here. Everything was perfect. What a great location! We spent time at the beach and in the city. Everything we needed was ready to go at the cottage. It was clean and really comfortable. I would highly recommend this rental for a beach vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Molly’s place. It is a smaller home but was perfect for our time (4 nights) with our two boys (14 and 8) The beds were comfortable, and Molly was great with communication. You can see the bay from the front porch and the beach was just across the street. The neighborhood was quiet, and we felt safe staying there.

We loved our stay at the property. Our family enjoyed walking to Olives bakery in the morning, grabbing treats, and watching the waves by the ocean. We appreciated all of the sand toys as well! You can’t beat the location and we’d highly recommend staying here!

We had a great time in this cute little cottage by the beach. It is small but laid out wonderfully so there is plenty of space, even for my family of 6! The kitchen was well appointed, linens were luxurious and everything you need for the beach is here. My kids enjoyed the proximity to Belmont park, playgrounds, etc and we enjoyed the one minute walk to Better Buzz. I thought the parking situation would be a hassle with our larger vehicle and the small garage but we found parking in a lot just a couple of minutes away across bayside walk, and Molly provided directions to additional parking 0.9 miles away if needed. Finally, the host is wonderful! Answered my questions, extremely responsive and had extra heaters dropped off for an extra cold stay. We will plan on staying again, my kids are already asking to.

Liked it very much. It was very comfortable and I loved the interior, right up my design alley! Had everything we needed-except the beachcruisers- we would have brought our own if I had known... We would definitely come back.... Thanks for the champagne!

Wonderful long term stay in Mission Beach at Shaz’s quaint cottage. Best for up to 4 people given one bathroom, but can accommodate 6. Cottage has very comfortable beds, plenty of towels for bath and beach, and fully equipped kitchen(no dishwasher). Loved the location steps from bay and still so close to ocean as well. Very close to coffee shops, restaurants and convenient to airport and other great San Diego highlights.

The location is fantastic. Right in middle of mission beach. Great food and beach within minutes walk. Kitchen well stocked, but probably not enough for things like baking (however highly recommend Olive cafe - 3 minute walk daily!). Place was cleaned, but still a little musty - was glad to have allergy meds. It is a very old house, but updated nicely. One night there was a rowdy group in the alley at 1:30am that woke us up, but that seemed to be a one off. We had no issues with the parking. Followed instructions and everything went fine - Nissan Altima. It stuck out a little (just like pictures), but no trouble.

We stayed with our five and two year old for a week and had the most amazing time! Walked to the best coffee spot every morning and dinner every night to all the taco stands and some awesome pizza. Great Gyros too at Arslans! Shaz was quick to respond to any of our needs and would for sure book this place again if we ever return!

We had a fantastic time at this location. As described the parking was tight but additional parking was very close. Beds were comfortable. Lots of towels. Beach toys and chairs were great. We would stay here again.

While parking can be a bit of a challenge since we have a large truck, everything else about this rental was excellent! We’ve stayed here twice actually. Right by the bay and big beach, food and activities. Quiet at night, love having an air conditioner unit and very clean w all amenities!
