Nestled in Rio Grande, this lovely villa for $393 per night is a great option for your next break. Newly renovated Villa with all new kitchen appliances. The Villa is located in Villa Las Brisas, a gated development with 24 hour security within the private Wyndham Rio Mar Resort. The split level villa features 2 bedrooms, 1 den, 3 full baths, and accommodates 8 people. In main floor, you will find 2 open, spacious living areas, a dining area, eat-in kitchen, full bath and large balcony with views of the golf course, the ocean and the El Yunque National Rainforest. The cross ventilated layout makes it ideal to enjoy the breathtaking tropical scenery. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher. Dishes utensils, waffle make, crock pot/rice maker, pots and pans and small kitchen appliances are also available. The spacious master suite complete with private balcony, features a king size bed, pull-out twin sofa bed, huge walk-in closet and bathroom. The second bedroom features two full size bunk beds plus a twin size trundle and full bathroom. The den features a full size sofa bed, 48' flat screen and access to full bath. The Villa has WiFi. Additionally it has a commercial size A/C unit for the entire main level and individual A/C units in each bedroom plus ceiling fans throughout. For your convenience, the Villa is equipped with a stackable washer and dryer. Two assigned parking spaces are available and golf cart included for an additional $40 per day. The cluster has a private pool with tables, chairs and chaise lounges. The Beach Club is ocean front with big pool, chaise chairs. The Wyndham Resort has the following: a casino, two Championship Golf Courses (Ocean and River), Tennis Center with 13 clay/hard courts, the famous Mandara Spa, Gym and 11 restaurants and lounges throughout the resort and a Water Sports Center. You can enjoy outlet shopping at The Factory Outlets, and/or regular shopping at other shopping areas. There are endless dining possibilities, from casual dining to steak houses and Japanese cuisine. A trip to the Old San Juan, San Juan Metro Area and/or museums and shows is less than a 30 minutes drive, with good roads and expressways. Either for a couple or a whole family, the Villa has good accommodations, the Resort provides plenty of activities, and the area offers a wide range of entertainments for all ages, and all interests. Special reservation requirement: Guest making the reservation and staying on the property MUST be at least 25 years of age to reserve the villa. Photo of driver's license and signed Rental Agreement will be required for approval of confirmation.

Gorgeous villa overlooking the golf course at Rio Mar. close enough to the Rio Mar Beach/ Pool Club. Amazing kitchen with beautiful views and packed with essentials. Gorgeous standing showers. Great communication with owner, plus small reminder cards throughout with detailed information. Great stay!

Wow, I can't say enough about this property & our stay. This was our first time in PR, & had no idea where to stay to meet the interests & needs of my family. We have 3 teens plus me & my husband, & among us we are a golfer, a beach lover, an adventurer, a clean freak, a laid back naturalist, a mix of boys/girls, & this property met all our needs. We debated renting in a resort atmosphere, because we wanted an authentic PR experience, & this was def a perfect choice. The villa is beautiful & super clean. The beds are so comfortable & the bathrooms/kitchen brand new. The kitchen has all very high end appliances, great knives (if you cook you know...), cups to take to the beach, plenty of dishes plus a pantry with spices, oils, etc. The layout of the property is wonderful & the views of the beach, golf & rain forest, incredible. The property is fun & beach here amazing. The kids cracked open coconuts & drank the coco water, we walked forever in both directions. There are sand fleas at dusk, so wear bug spray late :) The home has spray, a cooler, chairs, towels, toys, skim board & more. The owner here is so very attentive. We had a weather scare & she was helpful throughout the whole process. We would DEFINITELY stay here again!!!

Highly recommend!! My family of 4 (two teenagers) loved everything about our stay here! It is a beautiful villa and a great location! We will definitely be back! The hosts are amazing and give detailed step by step instructions which make everything a breeze! They have some beach essentials in the villa which are great for visiting the nearby beach. They also gave the best restaurant recommendations. We tried almost all of them and were very happy with each place we tried! It was overall the best experience!

It’s not our first time to PR. But first time out of San Juan. The villa is perfect. Very clean, got everything we need. Very relaxing environment. The view was very nice. The kids loved the golf cart to move in the resort. The pool and beach very close and they have DJ and bar during the weekend. I hope the association could make the bar and restaurant around the pool to open all the week. We needed some help from the owner during our stay and her communication with me was very nice and she provided the needed help in a timely manner. I strongly recommend this villa and this owner ( Jeannine) if you are looking for relaxation vacation out of San Juan. I don’t usually leave reviews but this place deserve to give it credit.

We had an incredible week with this villa has our home base. We enjoyed being outside of the city and the beach and pool were surprisingly uncrowded. The beach was gorgeous and we enjoyed El Yunque, snorkeling, and the bioluminescence kayak day trips. We all said we wished we could stay forever!

We stayed at the Villa for six nights. We enjoyed taking the golf cart to the beach and using the boogie board to surf the waves. We played games in the living room and drank our coffee on the balcony basking in the sunlight. Thanks for allowing us to stay and make some great memories for our family.

Beautiful CLEAN house and very relaxing views from front the porch. The house is fully outfitted with all necessities. Lots of space for our group of 8. Giannina is very responsive and accommodating. Can’t wait to return!

We loved the property, it has everything you could need and was incredibly comfortable. The bed was amazing, the only reason I would leave in the morning was to go to the amazing beaches on the golf cart. Definitely would recommend this place. The hosts were also great at keeping us up to date and helpful with any requests!

The description of the listing is accurate and my family and I enjoyed our stay in this home. The home was clean and the check-in process was straight forward. The owner was responsive throughout our stay and we would certainly stay again. Hardest decision we had to make was if we where going to enjoy the beach or pool. In the home we found all appliances and living accessories we are accustomed to having back home. Great property and great management.

We loved staying at Hector and Giannina's place in Las Brisas. The condo is very spacious and had plenty of room for our family including 3 teenagers. The views from the balcony were amazing. The condo was clean and very well equipped. The communication with the owners was excellent and they gave us lots of tips and information about the local area.
