This was a great house for a long winter weekend with friends and family. One person commented that the hosts had outfitted the property to really make people comfortable and at home. Lots of thoughtful details made for a fabulous stay.

The house was clean and included everything we needed. Little details like the party box, which we didn't use, and the blankets for getting cozy. Hot tub sits at night and then warming up next to the fire pit were so memorable.

Christmas at this home was truly magical. The house was beautifully decorated and warm and cozy. It was well furnished and stock with so much. Owners and I had several exchanges and they were always prompt in responding.

Wonderful home on beautiful property! Large enough for a big family with a great kitchen with every thing you need and lots of places to sit also Hot tub was great to sit in out in the snow we used that several times. Beds were all very comfy also all in all great trip! Can’t wait to go again and will use this listing for sure.

Our small extended 3-generation family rented this home for a 4-night Thanksgiving stay. We were: 2 grandparents, 2 adult children and 1 spouse, and 2 young boys, 3 and 5 years-old. The house is well-laid-out and equipped. The garage/playroom was a big hit with the whole family. Everything worked, was clean, and of high quality. Highly recommended!

So much thought has been put into this home. Everything was perfect! All of the instructions for everything right there in a binder. Fire pit was amazing, hot tub and game room were a hit. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows. Lots of extra’s. Anything you would need is here. Owners were great. We will be back. Thank you!!

Amazing place, comfortable and perfect for a group. The bunk beds can really only be used if you have small kids- would not count on them for extra beds for adults but otherwise a great home! Private, great outdoor kitchen, perfect for a fall retreat. Hosts are so so kind.

We had a wonderful time at this house. It was perfect for our large group - lots of room for all 12 of us. The kids loved the bunk bed in the loft. The game room and bikes were perfect! The kitchen, huge island and dining table had more than enough room for all of us. Great location on a quiet street right next to the trail. I hope we can stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay - we were a group of 8, age 25 to 80. and the group made full use of the entire house during our stay - hot tub, game room, fire pit, and made some fancy dinners in the gourmet kitchen - the grill was great too! There was so much to do at the house and great spaces to hang out - overall a wonderful extended family time.

Because we had activities planned each day we were staying, we didn't fully take advantage of all the amenities. Still, we had the best time and were glad they were all available to us. If you rent here, it is best to shop after you see what is available in the pantry. We shopped first and duplicated some things that were there and missed some things we assumed would be there. This place has absolutely everything you could want: the beds are comfortable, and the rooms are spacious. Nothing is missed. It is a great rental!

We had a multi-generational family vacation here. The house is decorated beautifully and had every amenity you would need. The kitchen is fabulous and fully stocked. I asked my grandson what his favorite part of the vacation was and he told me "the bunkbeds". We went sledding, and hot tubbing, played games at the giant dining room, watched old movies, and had a wonderful time. Thank you so much for allowing us to make memories at your home.

We wanted to get our friends together for a weekend to celebrate my birthday! There was enough beds and bathrooms that everyone was comfortable! (The boys loved the one off the kitchen!😂)

We love this home! In fact, we have a third stay scheduled. The house floor plan is perfect for us, it is very clean, with loads of toys, sports equipment, a well stocked kitchen and right on the trail system, yet away from the crowds at the lodge. I was very impressed with our stay at this property. The home is set up perfectly for large groups to enjoy a fun filled vacation together while still having plenty of space for privacy and comfort. The property owners clearly put a tremendous amount of effort into setting up their home. We couldn’t find a single thing that left us wanting, the owners are excellent communicators. Beautiful home and so inviting. The garage is full of so many recreational options (snow shoes, bikes, etc) and the kitchen and pantry are stocked with everything needed for a big family vacation. It was easy to communicate with John and Laurie and my family and I had a wonderful stay. We stayed over the holidays and the home was so beautifully and festively decorated, we loved it!

John & Laurie’s home in Suncadia was the perfect place to spend Christmas with 11 family members. The ‘chef’ kitchen was extremely well stocked and organized. The jacuzzi was pre-heated, and great fun in the snowy freezing temps. Beautiful fire pit. Large dining table. Comfy beds & furniture . Each & every detail in this house was well thought out. We’ll be back!!
