The rooms and facilities were very clean. We really enjoyed the body care products. We didn't get a chance to try the breakfast out. The personalization on the TV with a welcome message was a nice touch
The only complaints I have is the room was way too small for us. The bed was also a little too soft I think, and it did hurt our lower back. Everything else was really nice, and we would consider staying there again.

Close to kings island
Food in our fridge, hair in shower both rooms, shower head in one room leaking to ceiling and causing issues on ceiling. Floor dirty to walk on with no shoes both rooms.
Was told we would get a discount in both rooms and we did not. Wouldn’t print us a receipt until they could adjust price and said they would email us which they did but only one receipt for one room not the other and no discount from what I see on credit card statement.
